COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bière ambrée, d’inspiration belge, aux parfums de fruits exotiques et d’épices. Au goût s’entremélent fruits, levure, épices et houblon noble, le tout supporté par une chaleur d’alcool réconfortante.

Inspired by Belgian-style triples, La Buteuse is an amber colored beer topped with a generous head featuring champagne-like bubbles. Exhilarating sweet, malty aromas are complemented by an exotic spice fragrance provided by the yeast. A Belgian triple-inspired beer with a New World twist.

Important: This page is for the version which is not aged in oak and is not fermented with brettanomyces.

Bouteille de 600 ml. liquide jaune orangé trouble avec un joli col blanc. Puissant arôme de fleur, de citron et d’épices. Goût de fruits, de noix et et de sucre. Elle est très douce pour une bière titrant 10% ABV.

cattaneopapa (405) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 6, 2017
10oz on tap at BarHop, Toronto. Pours an opage gold colour with a small lasting head. Aromas of peach, grapefruit, pine and honey. Taste matches the aroma with notes of banana. Not as hoppy as I expected. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

3.5
drpimento (3673) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - APR 30, 2017
Had a nice thick off-white had but that quickly settled to almost none and no lace. Aroma’s malty, spicy, and a hint metallic. Flavor’s like nose, sweet up front, then a bit tart, and only slightly bitter. Ok body with some alcoholic warmth in the finish.

3.4
Arcanor (421) - Quebec, CANADA - APR 9, 2017
On tap at Boswell and three bottles in the pass if I recall. Amber with a tall whit foam with big bubbles. Aroma is from Belgian-style triple malt and yeast, spicy. Same on the taste and sweet. Medium body and high carbonation. Long yeasty and spicy finish.
