A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, weird Tropical fruits, pineapple, kiwi, and apple juice. In mouth, a rather sweet grape juice, with kiwi, cloves, disappointing. Cask at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2013.

2013-10-05. Hazy bright orange body with a tiny white head. 3+ Aroma is pleasantly fruity, ’gooseberry’ like fruit character. 7+ The flavour is quite nice, fruity, with odd but pleasant berry flavour, light bitterness throughout. 7+ Average bodied palate, moderate carbonation. 3+ Really nice, one of my favourites of the day. On cask at Beaus Oktoberfest, Vankleek Hill

[5894-20131005] Cask. Lychee mango aroma. Clear, orange body with a quick bubbly white head. Lychee mango hops flavour is very fruity. Medium body is fairly bitter. Delicious! (8/3/8/4/15) 3.8

cask days 2013 @ beau’s oktoberfest. unclear pale golden with a small white cap leaving some lacing. very fruity - almost candy-like fruitness, soda cream, hint of tropical and dust, powdery, berry-like light acidity, few phenols. moderate carbonation - bit fizzy, light body -oily, relatively dry grassy-citrusy finish. unique..

(Rating #5284)

Cask at Beaus Oktoberfest 2013, Vankleek Hill. Pours a deep orange with no head. Aroma is fruity along with some herbs. Nice flavour, quite fruity along with some herbs -- a touch watery but not overly. Light bitter finish. Average bodied. Very good.

On tap at the brewpub. Pale gold pour with a light touch of red in it. Aroma is quite fruity, very tropical, light red fruit notes, blueberries, mango, fruitiness from fruit but from hops as well. Flavor is fruity, nice sweetness, finishes dry not really bitter, saison character is discernable. Quite pleasant for something that would normally be too fruity for my taste.
