750 ml bottle bought at Dépanneur La Duchesse d’Aiguillon (in Quebec City) on February 6, 2014. Blonde misty, small head. Slightly sour rye aroma, slightly fruity wheat. Light fruity taste of wheat, a little sour, bitter grapefruit. A pretty good assembling!
Vill & Syrlig 2016.Unclear golden body with a big white head. Aroma is wheaty with lemon and tart berries. Taste is sour, dough, lity yeast spices, funky and tart fruity end. Quite crisp and nice, lasting aftertaste. Very nice! drpimento (3564) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - APR 30, 2017
Im giving this beer this score, because after a half-hour of searching on RB and not finding the sob, I used the same godamned search on Google and found the bitch on RB! If I would have been Sadam Hussein, I would’ve wiped out a city for that. pictoman (1084) - British Columbia, CANADA - APR 28, 2017
Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy pale yellow with white head. Light apple and acetic acid with mild brett. Finishes a bit quick and dry, almost watery. Oakes (17274) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 23, 2017
Hazy amber with a thin head. Aroma shows some lactic and some malt. On the palate, pretty tart, still a malty note. Clean if simple version that brings gentle fruitiness. Arcanor (421) - Quebec, CANADA - APR 18, 2017
750ml bottled in early 2014. 3 years of age and kept in a controlled environment. Pour clear pale orange with a tall long lasting white foam. I lost a bit of beer on the opening du to high pressure. Aroma is a nice balance of barn, wood, pale malt and wild yeast. Taste is lightly tart with wooden notes, fruity and funky. Refreshing, nice acidity, medium body and high carbonation. Long Brett and acid finish.

appearance: hazy yellow, short foamy-to-creamy white head. aroma: fruity, with some lemon zest, pear, apple, and maybe a hint of pineapple; there’s a firm tart funk underneath. taste: delicate flavors; lemongrass, light funk, good tartness. finish: lingering tart, yeasty funk; palate is medium, decent carb. notes: Draft at Owen’s ordinary.

Zonder fond= helder licht blond bier met weinig of geen schuim. Geur: groene appeltjes, hout, cider, wat snoeperig en brettanomyces. Smaak: droog, citrus en licht bitter. Lichte body en weinig koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: citrus. sebletitje (10048) - Enghien, BELGIUM - NOV 14, 2016
Bouteille 75cl, assemblage 014, merci Pierre T.
750 ml bottle to snifter (shared with the Mrs; thanks DuffMan). This is batch #16 and it’s 6% abv. Looks good; a cloudy golden orange with fluffy white head. Smells and tastes tart and funky with notes of lemon, biscuit, and bread. A touch of grassy hops as well. Mouthfeel is medium-light to medium-bodied, tart, and on the drier side. Tasty. Light, mild, nice. Fruity and slightly sour, more like a mild gueuze than what i was expecting with rye ale on the label. So light it is best on its own or with some mild cheese.
