Bierdimpfe (640) - Quebec, CANADA - APR 23, 2016
Slightly hazy straw color with strong activity. Foamy white 3 finger head, lasting around 15 minutes, with some good legs. Fresh floral aroma with sweet grainy malt. Flavors of grains, corn, lemon, honey, herbal and floral spices. Nice grassy and quality malty biscuity feel with a little roasted smoky corn. Highly crispy with a pleasant dose of sugar. Slick light body with champagne like carbonation. Balanced medium strength clean finish, ending with a faint citrusy and slightly dry tongue numbing noble spices. Overall an excellent craft having delicious balanced flavors and great freshness. Well spiced and accessible. I’m in love with Kölsch now!

fhoublon (461) - Lachine, Quebec, CANADA - APR 18, 2016
Unidimensionnelle, devient rapidement lassante.

radiomgb (2686) - Peterborough, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 28, 2016
600ml bottle. Golden yellow in colour with a thin but lasting white head, excellent lacing. The aroma is grassy, herbal and spicy, yeast and citrus. The flavour is of coriander, lemongrass, wheat, citrus, bready grassy. Hoppy mouthfeel, medium/light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, spicy. A very fresh and very good beer.

Sampled at worst beer event ever (so maddening I can’t even). My notes from this event are blunt & clipped & reflect my bad beer fest angst. Enjoyable full flavoured Keller- style. I could get into more local brewers doing stuff like this.

Beerhunter111 (23265) - Beerland, GERMANY - FEB 24, 2016
37.5cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of pale malt, fresh mild fruity hops. Taste of mild fruity hops, pale malt, flowers, hay, good one!

CapFlu (5132) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 14, 2016
Pours a lasting white foamy head atop a clear gold body. Nose and flavour is very grassy and crisp. Perhaps some minor mint. Very clean and drinkable. A nice beer.

jredmond (8839) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 6, 2015
Sampled at The Festival 2015 in St. petes with Vinny. Pours a hazy golden body with large white head. Mouthfeel is medium - super grassy, lots of grain and a bit too perfume-forward.

Ferris (17097) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 9, 2015
Draft - Light honey and raw grain. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Very sweet, light perfume, honey and grain. A little all over the place.

PhillyCraft (8196) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 25, 2015
Glass at the Festival in St. pete, hazy golden with medium to larger head. Notes are mostly yeast, and perfumey fruity malt. Wish it was a little more restrained and crushable.

Rating #1187 18.07.2014 On tap @revolutionyeg- Hazy golden pour with a creamy tan head that dissipates slowly. Aroma is medium hops, orange zest and mild spiciness. Mouthfeel is creamy, low-medium carbonation. Taste is delicately hopped, with mild sweet malts and a slight spiciness. Very nice.
