750ml bottle from Pasquier. Aroma: honey, lemon, cereals, spices. Quite herbacy too. App: Hazy straw with small frothy head. Nice lacing. Taste and Palate: medium body, light sweetness, average carbonation. Light long and dry bitter finish. Complex Pilsener. Overall: Not a big fan of Pilsener but did enjoy this one because of the honey aroma and the nice bitter finish. Could be a good introduction to craft beer for non craft beer drinkers since its easy to drink but at the same time, more complex than the traditional commercial beer.

375 ml bottle @home. 15-12-2013.
BBD: 09-12-2013.Out of date for one year.
In short: herbal citrusy beer. A bit off.
Pours some hazy hay colour, with little white head. Short head retention, poor lacing. Grassy, herbal, some sweet aromas, along with subtle tart ones. Light body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is quite sweet, spicy, herbal, some citrusy. A bit weird off flavours, among some "canadian" malty taste.

Will try to have this one again in proper condition.

I think this is a little over-rated, but still a nice pilsener. Yellow body, white head and nice lacing. Cereal aroma, but a touch of hops in the flavour. Quaffable.

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Grassy fruity nose, unfortunately riddled by boiled vegetables. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Light floral hops, but the vegetables remain until the finish.

[email protected] Small white head on a pale yellow body. Aroma is fruity, wooden, mildly salty notes along with some grass and earth. Flavour is salty, mildly floral, some bready malts as well as mild grassy and herbal notes. Balanced, but not all too special.

Pour is hazy straw colour with pure white head with very little retention/lacing. Nose is bread, honey, lemon, faint floral notes. Taste follows, though the flowers come out a bit more, as does some earth and must. Finish is crisp and spicy, as it should be. Another solid entry from these guys, though not my fave.

Slightly hazy golden pour with an average white head that leaves some lace. Light grain and lemon zest on the nose with an earthy hint. A little livelier on the palate but maintains the same profile. Fairly high carbonation.
