[3602-20110219] Cask. Grassy hops aroma. Hazy, red amber body with a medium-lasting creamy off-white head and lacy lacing. Bitter pencil lead and grassy hops flavour. Medium body. Great balance, not sure why but probably my favourite of the night. (8/4-/9/4/17-) 4.2 tom10101 (6279) - Quebec, CANADA - JUL 20, 2015

How: Growler (946 ml) at home. Thanks to hoppypocket for this one! Split 2-ways. ametras (1751) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 3, 2015
>>> A superior Irish Ale with a great malt depth for the style and pretty good drinkability.
+ Solid work with the malts give this beer a deep caramel and toffee presence
+ A really good balance between all flavors as well as a moderate bitterness makes this one very easy to drink and to enjoy
+ The moderate carbonation and the chewy malts combine for a mellow and fluffy mouthfeel that suits this beer really well
Flavors: Caramel, toffee, roasted malt, vegetal presence, pecan nuts, mild spiciness.
946ml growler. Deep reddish brown with a foamy beige head. Flavors are roasted/toasted cereals, charred wood, smoke, toffee and nuts with herbal and fruity notes. Medium body, soft carbonation, smooth texture. Balanced layers of malty aspects, supported by a delicate herbal bitterness, all delivered on a silky mouthfeel. This is delicious. On cask at Bar Volo Le Trou Du Diable event. Spot on the style, a good drinkable cask. Fragrant malt and hops, with three-eights of an inch of cask head. Good malting. Above average mouthfeel for a cask. A little sourness in finish, some lace, a smooth mouthfeel. Ontbeertaster (3208) - Ontario, CANADA - JUL 7, 2013

Excellente Irish Red Ale. Luk_ (243) - Quebec, CANADA - JUN 7, 2014
On tap at TDD. Very dark Brown with red highlights. Aroma is burnt caramel, coffee and red fruits. Taste is roasted grain bitterness with sweet candied fruits. Rich mouthfeel. Very well done for this unappreciated style.
