Bottle. Cloudy golden pour with a white head. Aroma is mandarin orange, some spiciness, candy lemon. Taste is sweet citrus and spicy rye, medium body with a slightly dry finish, lingers nicely balanced. Fairly plain but really solid and tasty saison.

Clear golden with a large bubbly white head. Dusty grainy and gay filled nose. The body is crisp and quite bubbly and carbonated with a Belgian pale malty tone with bright peppery esters and a bome dry light finish.

600mL bottle: Pours slightly hazy gold with a bubbly white head that quickly calms. Aroma of grass, yeast, lemon, funk, spice/herbal notes of coriander & pepper and a bit of banana. I don’t really get the passion fruit from the description. Slight sweetness, light-medium body, moderate+ lively carbonation, and nice flavourful spicy dry finish. Overall: solid crisp and clean balanced saison, leans more classic > new world despite the description though.

7/II/17 - 75cl bottle from a trade @ home - BB: n/a, bottled: 12/X/16 (2017-164) Thanks to Robert S. for the trade and to Erwin for facilitating.

Pretty cloudy blond beer, creamy irregular white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: marijuana upon opening the bottle, bit sourish in the glass, grassy, bit yeasty, sweet touchy, some spices, coriander, some grapefruit. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, lemony, bit grassy, nice bitterness, fruity, grapefruit, bit acidic, funky even. Aftertaste: fruity, blueberries, bit sourish, funky; nice bitterness, grapefruit, pretty zesty, yeast, lemon juice. Impressive how complex this one is!

A nice winter ale that has a fruity aroma and taste. I get hints of pineapple and citrus.

Bottle at home. Atypically clear pour with an enormous, lively head. The aroma is lime, floral, soft yeasty notes, mango, passionfruit, a bit of funk. High carbonation. The flavor starts out with a mellow lemony soap quality. Some spices typical for the style - white pepper, coriander, grains of paradise. Lots of pithy lime zest, sour lactic finish. Overall its pretty clean.

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien shared with a friend. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells of spices, peach, yeasty, lightly fruity. nice smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. tastes of yeast, spices, bit citric, light peach, some exotic fruits, lightly cardboardish. finishes lightly dry and bitter with notes of spices and light peach notes. decent but also not overly special. drinkable.
