On tap. Pour is hazy orange/gold with a large bubbly white head. Notes of sweet grain, bready malt, citrus, yeast, and oranges. scarletfire65 (1486) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 7, 2016
Bottle at home. Atypically clear pour with an enormous, lively head. The aroma is lime, floral, soft yeasty notes, mango, passionfruit, a bit of funk. High carbonation. The flavor starts out with a mellow lemony soap quality. Some spices typical for the style - white pepper, coriander, grains of paradise. Lots of pithy lime zest, sour lactic finish. Overall its pretty clean. Werckmeister (3242) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - NOV 19, 2016

Yellow, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of dough, sweet bread, dried fruits, some citrus, spices, some flowers, yeast.
Taste follows this pretty much.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes spicy, yeasty, a bit floral, with dough, bread, some fruits.
Very nice. A straight, old-school Saison, with a great balance, drinks really smooth. Not the most unique style example though, I’m missing a bit more character. Overall still really quaffable stuff.
Bue en bouteille de 375cl. Blonde dorée. Grosse mousse agréable. Arômes d’agrumes au nez, qu’on retrouve au palais. Grain présent, pointe d’acidité, levure typique de saison. Tout y est. Beau produit.

Bottle pour at Shelton Brothers. Good saison yeast character on the nose with some lemon, wheat and peppery aromas. Easy drinking and superbly balanced. Has a nice character with some hay and musty notes as it warms up. Lemon and hay on the finish. Clean, crisp and dry. Charming. phaleslu (10462) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 3, 2016
Pour from a 750 ml bottle at the Shelton Brothers Festival, while I was standing in the 3 Fonteinen line. This was conveniently placed. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a small white head. A very traditional Belgian example - or at least what we’d think of as one - despite being brewed in Quebec. Notes of banana, bread, yeasty esters, barnyard funk, herbs, and grass. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a funky, dry mouthfeel. Good beer. b3shine (9027) - Indiana, USA - OCT 29, 2016
600 ml bottle to snifter (shared with the Mrs; thanks DuffMan). Looks good; a cloudy pineapple with ample fluffy eggshell head. Smells doughy, yeasty, and mildly tart with soft notes of wheat and orange. Tastes like it smells with a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Enjoyable. sunevdj (4100) - Copenhagen OE, DENMARK - OCT 15, 2016
