COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On bottle from Vinmonopolet in Norway, on order. Hazy pale golden color, ok foam. Medium aroma intensity; floral, light stable , lighter citrus and fruitiness. Medium body & complexity. Good bitterness, light sourness- balances well. Enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy pale gold pour, bright and lively. Spicy and sweet aroma of banana, lemon, sweet malts, ginger root. Banana, brown sugar, subtle lemon tang, ginger, slight cinnamon note on the taste. Finishes with a nice dry hop punch that’s quite refreshing. This one is a winner.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet’s BU. Pours golden, a bit hazy. Big, white head. Esters, orange, sweet lemon, banana flavour. Honey. Hint of peach. A bit tart. Mostly sweet, some bitterness and a bit sour. Medium body and carbonation. A bit oily. Very good!

This is my favourite Saison I have tasted to date. Don’t really taste the passion fruit. The spice tickles the noise, , enjoy spice taste, bit funky, love the bone dry finnish. Just a wonderful beer, fantastic Saison.

Golden yellow pour. Mandarin orange, pear and some lemony aromas. Taste is spicy and bitter, bit of yeast. Citrus fruits as well. Really good saison

Bottle recently picked up, sweet cap, pours a medium gold color with a massive head, nose is got some of the citrus listed on bottle, oranges, not getting passion fruit but I haven’t had passion fruit in quite some time, light bodied yet full of flavor, getting the citrus on initial mouthfeel chased down with some spicy lemony character and a backbone of that earthy, musty saison yeast, finishes dry, this is a great offering for the style and adequately combines the as listed old continent meets new continent take on the style, can’t see how a fan of saisons wouldn’t enjoy this, worth the price of the bottle..
