COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Impressioni generali: Birra fruttata, rinfrescante e decisamente croccante. Buonissima, ne avrei bevuto ben più di 60 cl, forse sessanta litri sarebbero stati giusti.

From Club del Gourmet of El Corte Ingles. In Ikea’s pint glass. After dinner. Easy drinking, great aroma and tasty. The saison ive liked most so far. Hoppy and itchy.

Wow, this beer restores my faith in Saison/ Biere de Garde/ Farmhouse styles again after the Saison Dupont debacle. Aroma is mainly yeast with some lemon/citrus. Flavor has some of that plus just enough malt sweet to balance and keep it interesting plus add body. The carbonation is perfect. Super drinkable. Outstanding suds!

Saison 101. This brew has it all. Weizen-like banana and spices. Nice hops, yeast and fruity after-taste. Might be the best saison in the world

Pours a cloudy straw topped by a huge frothy white head showing great retention and leaving big chunky lacing when the glass is tilted. The nose is lemon, fresh white bread and herbal hops, The taste is bold with sharp lemon zest paired up with vivid carbs. A good breadiness comes next closely followed by the herbal hops. Lands on the back of the palate with a somewhat lingering mineral feature. This is what a Saison is all about. Goes (insanely) well with fish. Cheers!

Smell of pepper and coriander. Nice white flothy head that stays for a while. Taste of cracked pepper and has a spicy aftertaste that lingers well after the sip is done. Sits well on the palate with spicy notes . a very good Canadian saison.

What a treat from Tony (Duffman). Pours hazy gold with a medium head and great lacing. Aroma is spot-on: Lemon, yeast, hay, burlap, soil, rain. Amazing. Flavor is better than the aroma promises- wallops of bret funk, apricots, lemon, cobwebs, hemp/burlap, brie rind, some distant pepper, and grass/hay in the finish. Simply astounded by this one, maybe my favorite beer in a long while. That they got this much flavor in a 6% ABV beer is astounding.
