Tap at Mondial. This and Zeeland were the 2 best saisons of the fest by far. Pours a nice light golden hazed with a fluffy lasting white head and nice coating of lace. Aroma is spicy orange zest, with apricot, mango, peppery spicy phenolics and grass- mostly doughy clean bready malts and very low sweetness- good belgian/french saison yeastiness. Flavor is more pineapple and grapefruit from the hops and yeast, apricot, orange juice, nelson sauvin, gets to be white wine like, some mineral and grass in the end and nicely dry on the end with good tacky bitterness in the end. Nice Hopped up saison.
375 ml, bottle conditioned, BB March 14th 2018. Hazy, light golden amber, thin white head, rich carbonation, loads of powdery sediments. Aromas of fruits and yeast. Mouthfeel is fizzy and dry. Taste is sour, funky, horse blanket, very typical farmhouse style beer. Love the style, but as a Farmhouse Ale it’s very main stream. azzurro (288) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 6, 2017
I went to get this one in Aylmer since LCBO started selling this one by pack of 24, later you could buy it by unit. An ok saison. I was looking for this one as it was part of LCBO Spring 2017 collection

Big white head quickly goes coarse then shrinks. Hazy yellow body with visible particles and carbonation. Spicy fruity oily aroma with herbal notes. Dryish fruity mealy taste with soft metal and pepper notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy apple taste with floral fruity notes. Nice, drinkable, not terribly remarkable. Bottle into glass. Aroma of dough, slightly earthy. Pours a clear golden with white head. Taste is light sour. Medium bodied with a slick texture. A very nice Saison. DiarmaidBHK (5113) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 23, 2017
Draft at Armsby Abbey. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves trace lacing in the glass. Has some solid barnyard on the nose. Solid horse blanket on the tongue. Finished clean and dry. Valomir (32) - - JUL 13, 2017

Pours a foamy bubbly head and has a cloudy golden fruity appearance. Huge sediments settle at the bottom of glass. Good lacing. Aromas are grainy , light roasted malts, breads, barley and yeast. Flavours are citrus hops, oranges, fruits, sweet malts, yeast. Quite flavourful. Pretty bitter in the finish but not offensive. Astringent sensation and drying, puckering mouthfeel. Fairly tangy as well. Really good. LilBeerDoctor (3997) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 6, 2017
