COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

fiulijn (20993) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 30, 2015
Tasting at Matt’s; 6.5% ABV
Hazy blond color, small head. The aroma is very grassy, a bit earthy, like a good Lager/Pilsner. The mouthfeel is smooth and very dry; powerful crispy malts; the bitterness is strong, it has a grassy character, lightly fruity, although the bitterness in the final is a bit too strong.
Excellent.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite spicy and biscuity, with light piney hops - a little grassy too. Flavour is like a cross between a pilsner and an IPA, with lots of grassy hops, light pine and biscuity malt. Really well-balanced, grassy, and crisp. Excellent stuff.

Bottle from Legacy. Cloudy and pale, big head. The aroma is very fruity, coriander leaf, grapefruit and blood orange, with biscuity pale malts. Very bitter, clean, lightly fruity, citrus rind. Hugely refreshing, lightly effervescent. One of their best - and they make a lot of nice beers on this type. Perfect beach beer.

Scopey (15264) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 20, 2015
Keg at Stillwell. It pours cloudy orange with a decent white head. The nose is soft, juicy, orange muffin, candied peel, mango, apricot, brioche and almond croissant. The taste is smooth, toasty, bitter-sweet, toasty, earthy, bready malts, mild alcohol, apricot, brioche, some alcohol warmth and toasty grass with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, velvety carbonation. Not a whole lot to it, but enjoyable. Well-rounded and quaffable.

Lubiere (14110) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 8, 2015
A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light citrus pulp, very nice. In mouth, resinous floral hops over nice sweet biscuit malt, very nice and British. On tap at brewery.

2015-08-09. Lightly hazy dark yellow body with a big white head and lace. 3++ Aroma of sweet lemon, grassy notes and pale malt. Flavour is pleasantly bitter throughout, lemon and grass over pale malt base. Flavourful, the modest malt core let’s hope shine. 7++ Smooth average plus bodied palate, soft effervescent carb. Pretty nice and quite drinkable. On tap at Bellwoods, Toronto.

DuffMan (10549) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 12, 2014
Bottle, shared with Robbie. Hazy medium gold, thick, creamy white head that stays like a statue-- this beer looks perfect! Powerful white grapefruit hops steal the show, long strong bitterness, crackery pale malts. So drinkable and tasty!

sebletitje (10219) - Enghien, BELGIUM - MAY 27, 2014

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2015 My Bottom Line:
Conifers line this beach’s pineapple, flower and passionfruit stands, lending bitter wooden lengths to this otherwise very sunny IPA.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A foam cumulus settles atop the hazy sunshine yellow.
-The mouthfeel is lean and super clean, as is expected for TDD brews.
-This is obviously highly drinkable, despite the bitterness.
-The floral hop notes throughout are exotic and quite engaging.

Bottles.
