August 2016 - Cask at GBBF 2016 as Leatherbritches Cad. Dark orange brown, still, clear, foamy white head. Aroma is bready, rye, musty. Body is smooth, watery, low carbonation. Taste is quite thin with seeded bread, twiggy, soft finish. An OK bitter. (3.1)

GBBF 2016. clean ruby color with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet malty with loads of biscuit and caramel. Taste is also sweet with more biscuit caramel and malts. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, nice one

Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours clear deep reddish brown with a medium white head. The aroma is malt - drive, brown bread, wood, cereal and toasted grain. The taste is bitter, wood, resin, pine, peppery spice, leather and earth with a very dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Good condition. A decent old - school bitter.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear amber beer, small cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Tangy caramel malts into tangy fruits. Light floralness. Ripe citrus into marmalade. Modest bitter linger. Reasonable bitter.
