Yellow with a small white head. Aroma is herbal with nutty and berry notes. Refreshing and slightly tart flavour with a spicy or herbal note

Cask @ Great British Beer Festival, GBBF 2008, Earls Court, London, England SW5.
Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing,off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, ginger notes, medicine. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (060808)

[email protected] 2008. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is spices, raspberries and wood. Quite dry mouthfeel with mainly the same things in the flavour. Ends in a big dry wooden bitterness.

Cask at GBBF ’08. Gold. Malt aroma, more nettly than soft fruit. Fruit and grain in the taste with some Dulux paint. Medium bitterness. Acceptable, but no belter.

Cask at GBBF 2006. A yellow beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty with quite strong notes of raspberries. The flavor is sweet - cloyingly sweet - and with too strong raspberry notes for my liking. I find it odd.

Great British Beer Festival 2006. Perfumed bitter with sweet esters. Very average.

Cask (GBBF 2006): Golden with a short white head. Sweet berries in the nose. A little thin though dry in body. Drinkable, but a little astringent.

Cask @ GBBF 2006. Pale golden colour with a small white head. Sweet malty fruity, berry aroma. The flavor is sweet, little too sweet for me, malty and fruity with some hints of raspberry. Has a sweet fruity finish.

Cask (handpump) at GBBF, August 2006. Day1, beer #13. Mid gold colour. Big whack of berry fruit in the aroma - not sure I would have identified it as raspberry. Soft, fruity (no surprise there) palate. Mellow; maybe a touch too mellow. Pleasant, but could pack a bit more punch.
