Opened a bottle that was dated produced 2 weeks earlier. Pours a golden rich color. Clearly this is less filtered than a classic pilsener, although still very clear there is a little more body than usual (which is a plus for me). The head was thick, creamy and clean white. The quality shines through from the first sip: complex but subtle hops, just enough bitterness to know it’s a real beer and a fresh clean overall taste. olliejobbins (1578) - Dorking, Surrey, ENGLAND - DEC 12, 2012
330ml bottle, pours dark golden yellow with small head that disapears quickly, tastes smooth and hoppy. Overall yummy Beera (1) - LEBANON - AUG 9, 2010 does not count

I have tried a lot of beers - too many to count from many countries and this simply is one of the best blonds. it’s as basic as a beer gets with its malty tasty. Clear, yellow body with a quick foamy white body.
i can finally say that now we have a new local beer in town that raises the competition stake. A lot to expect from LB in the future.

100% Lebanese pilsner beer well done guys keep it up
No additives and so refreshing ..
you can enjoy drinking several bottles and feel comfortable afterwards.
The flavour is nicely balanced sweet then bitter with a dry finish.
As for the bottles design they kept it simple in brown bottles to preserve the beer.

Thank Bierkrug for this one. This was better than their standard lager and a really nice tasting beer. I found it to be something special. Another great find. tomciccateri (1034) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - JUN 24, 2011
From a brown 33cl bottle from a Beirut grocery store, dated as brewed the previous month. Pours a pale straw color with slight head and big bubbles. Mellow malt aroma. Light body, soft mouthfeel. Early clean pale malt flavor, then a touch of mellow hop notes, then back to clean finish. A very clean Pilsner with delicate hops and malt. Lyn_n (8) - Beirut, LEBANON - MAY 7, 2012 does not count
An awesome alternative for the commercial crap that was dominating the market. It actually tastes like a pilsner, even if you drink it a bit warm. baraciisch (3232) - California, USA - JUN 1, 2012
Had it straight from the tank at the brewery.... Straw yellow in color, light aroma... Flavor is crisp and refreshing, great for a hot day like today.... Extremely enjoyable, well done beer. Bierkrug (2129) - - OCT 13, 2012
330 ml bottle picked up at Sam’s in Beruit, Lebanon. Pours a nice yellow with a nice white head. Aroma is a mellow malt with some faint spices. Taste is also very mellow but tasty all at the same time. Palate is like the rest mellow but interesting. Another fine brew in this most unusual land for such.
