Ledenika is my favorite beer of all times!!! Ledenika have gold reward for the best beer in the world. Great aroma for a beer, yewoll color with white foam on top, and I know they use spring water near Mezdra from Bueshkoto lake, to make the best beer in Bulgaria

Bottle. Dark golden, a bit hazy, with a frothy and quite durable head. Intensive aroma, decidedly malty, with some cloves. Soft malty taste finished by a medium, quite lasting bitterness. This one took me completely by surprise, significantly better than expected.

Bottles in Bulgaria. One of my favorite Bulgarian lagers. Pours clear, light yellow with a thin, fizzy white head. Aroma of light, grainy malts. Flavor has mild sweetness and crispness. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes short and crisp. Doesn’t have the cheap sweetness some pale lagers have. Some might take that as watery, I take it as pleasant. Very refreshing, very inexpensive. Love it.

600 ml PET bottle at home. Pale golden with tiny white head. Aroma has pale malt, wood, beech and earthy hops. Taste is similar, smooth and malty, beech wood and herby earthy hop notes. Not too shabby

From plastic bottle at rbwg. Very sweet in smell and taste. Perfect European lager

Ungstrup (38138) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 10, 2006
[At RBESG 2006] A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of straw, and lesser notes of malt. The flavor is sweet again with straw dominating, combined with light caramel notes. OK.

Plastic bottle at the RBWG hotel bottle share
Clear golden with a small white head, some lacing. Aroma of straw. Taste of straw and cardboard

phaleslu (10456) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 28, 2016
Plastic bottle shared by Leighton - thanks again, Leighton! New country for me. Pours a mostly clear gold with a medium white head that lasts quite a while. Crackery and toasty malts, with sugars, grass, and straw. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry, malty mouthfeel. There’s something odd in here that’s hard to pin down. It’s not bad, though.

swooper (1247) - Cambridge and Kladno(Czech Rep.), Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - SEP 4, 2009
330ml bottle from makedonia . hop aroma, pale, rocky head, clear, medium bitterness, light sweetness, medium body, long finish, bitter,
