berkshirejohn (6501) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2017
50cl bottle from Longacres Garden Centre, Windlesham, at 4.5% ABV. A basic golden ale. Pale amber with a thin white head; biscuity malt aroma; stale biscuity taste; and a weak grassy bitterness.

niquillis (2752) - Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 7, 2017
Cask at Bluebell, Kidsgrove. Pours golden with a slight haze and an off white head. Quite malty some caramel, some bitterness. Dull.

JPC1524 (206) - Devon, ENGLAND - MAY 3, 2017
Bottle (4.5%) Golden pour with small white head and decent attractive carbonation. Dominate piney aromas on the nose. Lacking complexity, straight up hoppy bitterness, a little malty in the background. OK.

ForlornHope (521) - Hampshire, ENGLAND - DEC 28, 2015
Bottle at home (not bottle-conditioned and 4.5% ABV). Pours lively, pale amber colour and no head. No real aroma either, maybe a little grain and burnt orange. Taste is slightly sweet to start, and then there is a rough bitterness. Highly carbonated and thin palate. Tastes like a shandy. I’m not sure how it is possible to take the ingredients and make such a dull, uninspiring beer.

Towey1989 (2826) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 2, 2015
Bottle at The Roebuck, Leek (JDW) Pours a clear golden colour with a very thin white head. Aroma of grain, some caramel, a little wheat, slight lemon and grassy hops. Taste of grain, brambles, slight caramel, some metal and grassy hops. Light bodied and a moderate carbonation. A sweetish, grainy finish. Like a flat lager overall, and not a very good one. Quite sweet with only subtle bitterness, disappointing.

hohops (998) - Kent, ENGLAND - JUN 14, 2014
Bottle. Appearance is clear, a light amber, some bubbles rising, a frothy white head. Aromas of toffee and caramel, malts, hoppy notes, floral hints with a bit of meadow. Taste- medium mouthfeel, plenty of hop bitterness, fruity hints and some nuttiness, caramel. A bitter finish. Ok.

2.9
jmgreenuk (9452) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - AUG 1, 2013
Bottle from Asda. Poured a clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is weak malt leading to a medium to weak bitter flavour with some malty, bitter hoppy notes on the palate. The bitterness in the finish isn’t so pleasant.

3.2
kermis (13433) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - AUG 1, 2013
Bottle shared from Jmgreenuk. Pours clear golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of caramel, butter. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
