Bottled. A lovely wheaty floral aroma with more than a hint of strawberries. The colour is yellow-gold and there is very little haziness. The taste is wheaty but is a little too dry and thin. TBone (18006) - Pori, FINLAND - APR 17, 2004

Hazy pale yellow. Lively carbonation. Medium foamy white head, mostly vanishing. Aroma has citrus, yeast and strawberries. Medium-bodied, smooth palate. Fruity with banana flavor. Excellent refreshing summer beer.

Pale yellow / orange, murky. Fruity, a bit citrus-like and yeasty nose. Light to medium body, smooth. Flavor is fruity with notes of citrus. Nice and refreshing witbier, altought not as good as Hoegaarden.
UPDATED: JAN 19, 2004 (bottle, temp @ 4C, trappist-like glass) Pale, very muddy, small head that vanishes quickly. Yeasty wheat beer aroma, like it should be. Both the outlook and flavor resemble good ol' home-made apple juice. There's no carbonization whatsoever, just plain juice - which is ok for me. A pretty good wheat beer. rauchbier (3924) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - DEC 9, 2003
Bottle conditioned. Thickly hazy lemon yellow, good white thick head and moderate condition. Wheaty and phenolic aromas more akin to a weissbier than a wit. Fruity wheat notes and a low spiciness takes it back into wit territory in the mouth with a low tangy sweet lemon zestiness developing in the finish. Interesting wheat beer that seems aimed as much at the Germans and Belgiums just across the border from the brewery.

Flat wheat beer with a light aroma and a refreshing yet plain flavour with an aniseed finish. An average wheat beer with a harsh aniseed finish. Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - MAR 7, 2003
Darker golden colour than other Witbiers. Very bad wheat aroma. Bad and watery flavour. No aftertaste. Mads Langtved (2243) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - NOV 27, 2002
UPDATED: MAR 7, 2003 Quite good white beer. A "classic example on a Belgian Witbier. The classic wheat taste is represented, but also the citrus palate. Rerate: The bottles are obvious very different! jerohen (2342) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - AUG 29, 2002
