Robe blond pale. Nez sur les malts et le sucre. Goût bien désagréable .... métallique!! La finale est aussi bien lourde. A éviter. 7,5/20

Bierdimpfe (640) - Quebec, CANADA - OCT 15, 2016
Deep veiled golden color with storming activity. Frothy beige 3 finger island head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with generous legs. Flavors of apples, caramel, sweet grains, pears, clove, floral yeast, lemon, honey, herbal spices. Thick sweet malty feel with a dash of bitter spicy yeast and hops. Smooth medium body with almost champagne like carbonation. Medium strength finish that last a while, with lingering ester fruits with some honey dryness, a dash of citrus, and a cheese like barrel aged feel. Superb balance and intensity. Very tasty and a pleasure to drink. Overall excellent quality craft.

33cl draft from tap at Biermuseum Ertvelde, in Ertvelde-Evergem (18 IX 2016, and a first time at the same place on 13 VIII 2016) - the only place where to get this beer. Drank in the companionship of my girlfriend and Alengrin. Beremietje is the blonde, first edition of the house ale of the beer museum, named after the museum owners Remi(etje) and Bérénice; It only comes in brewery kegs, from Brasserie Lefebvre in Rebecq-Quenast. Fresh from tap, the glass colours clear amber with a minimal, light fluffy white collar. The nose contains lots of wheats, adding to a large grains character, almost hinting at straw. There is some fruityness in there as well, yet it does not make the aroma appealing, alas. The taste is very minth at the start. The grains are omnipresent, no surprises there, yet it also comes with an unpleasant earthy feature. The body is faint with keen water and malt notes. It only hints at cheap, artificial honey, and pale uninteresting malts. Mèh. The carbonation is medium, as well as the steady bitterness - even coming with an unbalanced sour dash. This blonde ale not even is a mediocre brew, I’m afraid: It is so dull, plain, watery and I would suggest rather picking up - if and when available - the younger, black Beremietje from the neighbouring Huisbrouwerij Den Tseut from Oosteeklo.

huineman (717) - Madrid, SPAIN - SEP 10, 2016
33 cl bottle bought at Alcampo, Madrid, and served in red wine glass. Pours hazy dark golden with thick off-white head. Aroma is porridge, dried banana, biscuit, orange peel, a hint of spruce. Taste is slightly sweetish, not very fresh, creamy, not bitter at all. Medium-lasting.

Yellow with a good foam top. Mostly malty, some honey. Finish is short and sticky, earth and dirt coming in. Bit metallic

BlueGaljoen (160) - FRANCE - SEP 9, 2016

Rozbita pachut zvetraneho sladu pivo neponuka absolutne nic. Voda s alkoholom . Chyba mu akykolvek charatker. Chmel je asi len napis na etikete. Koncovka do stratena alkoholova. Mam problem ho dopit. Kleslo na uroven europiva. Rozhodne neodporucam vodnate prehresenie voci vsetkemu co vam je svate.

Coeno (12) - Roermond, NETHERLANDS - JUL 27, 2016
a fruity, creamy, flowery(?) beer. A typical Belgium blond beer, easy to drink. I only see the bottle with a big bottom, I rather have beer bottle which I can lay down in my refrigerator :P.

Rubin77 (2232) - Brussels / Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - JUL 12, 2016
F: big, white, creamy, good retention. C: deep gold to amber, light hazy. A: malt, fruity, honey, grassy, floral, hint of spicy. T: malty, peach, grassy, caramel, biscuit, hint of yeast, medium body, normal carbonation, I expected unbalanced beer but it´s quite tasty actually for me, 0,33l bottle from Prik&Tik /Quali-drinks/ in Brussels.
