Pours with a nice tight head. Fruity pear aroma. Great balance between hops and malt. Tart. High carbonation. Nice hop flavor. Great beer.

33ml Bottle from Delhaze Can’t say I’ll buy more of those I hardly remember the taste already

I tasted this beer at Tenancingo Tlaxcala, México. This could have affected the flavors and aroma of the beer. Needs more presence of the hops, it’s just too sweet and no hops are present.

R4N5H (1166) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 19, 2017
33cl bottle from Jumbo Supermarket (Amsterdam) and poured into a tegu glass on 19-May-2017. Clear pale amber colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma of bread, Belgian yeast and malt. Medium body and carbonation. Taste of sweet malt, spices and yeast. Close in character to a tripel, but but gets more hop prominent as the beer warms. Light to medium bitterness with a sweetish finish.

Bottle - Light bready notes. Clear gold with a rich white head. Up front bitterness with some yeasty fruity notes and a light bitter finish.

Bouteille 33cl, Lille.

Pours hazy yellow with a frothy, lasting, white head. The aroma contains hops, grass, herbs, earth, yeast and some fruit. It tastes light sweet and only medium bitter with a long duration. Lively carbonation, medium body, slick texture. Not as bitter or complex as an IPA. A strange brew, I think. Really lacking the features it promises to have.

Decent, classic Belgian blonde with a solid hoppy twist. Medium carbonation.

3.2
Marduk (7598) - Reval, ESTONIA - MAR 31, 2017
330ml bottle. Clear dark amber color. Huge size, thick and frothy head, stays. Perfume, sweet malts, sweetish, bit minerals and slightly metallic notes in aroma. Alcohol, sausage?, malty, chalk, cookies and bit of yeast in taste. Chalky and sweet sweet malts in aftertaste. Crisp bubbly carbonation. Drinkable brew.

2.8
czar (9004) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 25, 2017
pours hazy bright golden with a very nice eggshell white head offering good retention and lacing. golden grapey maltiness, spent apricots, borderline rotten, fruity and spicy belgian yeast action, fairly bitter herbs, treacle, good slice of butter, disturbingly bitter earthy and dirty hops. bright carbonation, light to medium body, warming and almost hot spicy finish. weak high gravity blonde belgian ale with an awkward bitterness - not remotely close to a fun belgian ipa.
