Very clear, copper body with bubbly off white head. Yeasty aroma, clean malts, light dough, red berries and little hops. Very mild clear taste, starting with light bitterness and into a more yeasty ending. Fairly high carbonated. Boring and not in need of all that alcohol, but faultless brew and not without flavour. (75cl bottle from Carrefour in Tours)

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 25C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 44 18:38 (BBF 15/03/17). AROMA: moderate fruity aroma with a sweet pear note, followed by moderate peppery phenols and medium peppery alcohol. TASTE: medium-low pear-like notes with medium peppery phenols. sweet-grainy malt background. medium bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. very faint alcohol warmth. OVERALL: a standard belgian golden strong ale.

Bottiglia.

This beer looks perfect: a dark-golden, amber, whisky-coloured pour with a nice and lasting foamy white head. Aroma is malty, yellow fruit, some honey. Taste is accordingly; medium sweet-fruity and light bitter. Full body, but no further development or finish. A nice Belgium style tripel, but not very special.

Clear. Colour is like a really dark whiskey. Creamy head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is malt, maple syrup, and dark berries. Taste is brown sugar and sour plums.
