With its amber color, fruity and spicy bouquet, and its creamy foam, Leffe Biere de Noel is a beer full of character. Very expected during the holiday season, it continues the tradition of master brewers who kept their best barley and hops to brew once a year. Leffe Biere de Noel makes your aperitif a moment of intense flavor.

PapaCanard (177) - SWITZERLAND - DEC 26, 2015
Magnifique bouteille de 0.75 litre et magnifique bière brun-rouge avec p eu de mousse. Puissant arôme de clou de girofle qui peut déranger les palais non avertis. Reste de caramel après déglutition. Une bombe de Noël.

33cl shared bottle at home from Biernavigatie.nl. Body is clear brown, head is medium, beige, medium bubbles, average lasting, good lacing. Nose is dried fruits, slightly smoky, flavor is malty, raisin, spices, bread. Medium sweet, medium umami, light sour. Finish is medium lasting roasty medium bittersweet, light fruity sour, light umami. Medium body, dry sticky texture, fizzy carbonation. Easy dessert beer, not too exciting.

Quite a nice beer. Nothing to special or to christmassy to it, a light caramel taste, perfect for a beginning of a dinner.

wiedrzensky (950) - SLOVAK REPUBLIC - DEC 23, 2015
Shared bottle. Clear amber with thick reddish creamy head. Aroma of dark malts, dark chocolate, floral, bubblegum. Taste is light to moderate sweet, light bitter, candy mouthfeel. Medium body, creamy texture, sweet candy aftertaste.

Draft at Grapevine, Brussels. Color is nice. Smels and tastes like soap. A bit too much bubbles also.

Bierridder_S (1113) - BELGIUM - DEC 22, 2015
17/12/2015 - free sample from perfect draft @ Wijnkelder, Berchem. Brown with nice light tanned head. Nose is dark malts, caramel, sweetness. Taste, dark matls, caramel. Way too cold to get other tastes from it but not bad at all. Even maybe the best Inbev thing I ever had

ForlornHope (536) - Hampshire, ENGLAND - DEC 21, 2015
Small bottles at home. Pours red-brown in colour with a rocky head. Usual Leffe aroma of malt and yeast. Sweet to start, with almost no bitterness to balance. Spicy taste with a sticky sweetness. Medium body. Competently assembled but not very exciting.

17Beer (415) - Connecticut, USA - DEC 20, 2015
Aromas of yeast and sour malt. Pours a dark brown mohogany with a big rocky fast dissipating tan head. Big round Belgian tastes with spicy hints of nutmeg and caramel. Long nice finish. Good light carbonated mouthfeel. Happy holiday drink.

nihtila (3912) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 18, 2015
Bottle from Belgian Beer Factory. Pours reddish brown. Nose is cloves, spices, sweet malts, dark fruits. Tastes dark and sweet malts, light dark fruits and spices. Quite thin, lacks body and complexity.

josanguapo (1922) - SPAIN - DEC 10, 2015
From Uvinum. In La Trappe chalice. Playing Mutant Mudds. Pleasant but a bit watery and a bit more sweet than desiderable. In any case, it can be drinked without much effort
