With its amber color, fruity and spicy bouquet, and its creamy foam, Leffe Biere de Noel is a beer full of character. Very expected during the holiday season, it continues the tradition of master brewers who kept their best barley and hops to brew once a year. Leffe Biere de Noel makes your aperitif a moment of intense flavor.

Niller (1706) - Hammel, DENMARK - FEB 17, 2014
Bottle from Voldby. Clear amber color with a beige head. Sweet taste. Fruits, caramel, malts, some spice. Nice palate. Sweet finish.

josanguapo (1684) - SPAIN - DEC 10, 2015
From Uvinum. In La Trappe chalice. Playing Mutant Mudds. Pleasant but a bit watery and a bit more sweet than desiderable. In any case, it can be drinked without much effort

mikske79 (1668) - Puerto Plata, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC - AUG 14, 2014
Dit is geen slecht bier, maar een kerstbier moet een goede, volle, uitgesproken smaak hebben en dat heeft dit bier niet.

danielyabu (1659) - União da Vitória, BRAZIL - APR 29, 2012
average frothy offwhite head. fair lacing. mostly diminishing. translucent, average-density dark amberish-brown body. aroma: dark chocolate, raisin, red wine, wood, alcohol. if: moderate sweet light bitter. ff: moderate sweet bitter; long duration. palate: medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, metallic finish. dulçor caramelado, amadeirado, lembra tinto-seco, único defeito é o paladar, muito aguado; sabor e aroma bem agradáveis, sabor traz presença de frutas secas 150 s

Icedwarf (1657) - Etten-Leur, NETHERLANDS - MAY 16, 2014
Donker bruin bier met gemiddeld schuim. Smaak is minder aanwezig dan de dubbel, lichter en minder rook en iets zoeter en ook iets meer fruit. Smakelijk bier, blijft echter niet lang hangen.

Sissio (1650) - Orsenigo, ITALY - DEC 5, 2015
Cler reddish brown, cappuccino head nuts, dessert wine, spices, clows spicy and warming, intense spices almost hot feeling

3 x 330 ml horizontal tasting Bière de Noël - 9° - Ruby Bière De Noël: pours clear amber. bland bland aroma with a bit of spice, not different from the blonde. Smells bad. Medoum body, low carbonation, small touch of spice. No taste. Really, no taste. 1/5 9°: pours blond to yellow, thin fizzy head. Light honey & malt aromas (but had to smell my nose off). Sweet body all the way through the end. Light malty taste. Mèh. 1.9/5 Ruby: pours light red with an amber hue. Aroma... f*** - groce: artificial cherry bubblegum. Sweet body but - pasteurised and filtered like hell - render it sweet/sour in a weirdly and groce way. Taste is rosewater. Bad rosewater. Aftertaste is sticky gum. 0.5/5

weaselkenievil (1608) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - DEC 6, 2010
Pours a red / brown / purple with a thin off white head. Aroma is floor polish, dust, spice, some dark fruits and screamed hotdog to me. Which isn’t a smell I would request a beer to taste of. Hmm, well it’s ok but needs more aroma of hotdog. Not going to happen. A slightly spicier, less metallic version of the brune. Average, which is an improvement for Leffe.

prawlie (1593) - Berkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 4, 2011
33 cL bottle from Beers of Europe. Looks the part when poured into a Leffe glass, dark brown with a good head but not too much of a gusher. Typical Leffe aroma, nice and mild, though not highly distinctive. Tastes like a brown coloured Leffe Blond, and is somewhat disappointing. Smooth slightly bitter beer. Not as good as Leffe Bruin, and a bit of style over substance.

mjik83 (1581) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - JAN 6, 2015
---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
