20 Jan 2018. From Hopt. 2017 label. At lunch, after futsal match. With fried fries + eggs and San Jacobo. Very pleasant caramel sweetness, nicely sugary. The spices are very light, hard to perceive. The body is much better than I remembered I_LUV_BEER (233) - - NOV 3, 2016
Served in a tulip from a 330ml bottle. Pours dark chestnut brown with a medium beige head. Aroma is bread, yeast, molasses and red fruits. Taste is molasses, bread, yeast, bitter-sweet with sweet finish. Full body with lively carbonation. Rich, smooth and warming beer, just perfect for a cold winter evening. 330ml bottle. Pours clear, deep amber brown colour with a small but persisting beige creamy foam head. Aroma: malty, dark fruits and spices, molasses. Taste: as expected from the aroma some lovely sweet malts, caramel, dark fruits, spices, low bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Smooth and warming, just what I wanted this evening.
