8.5% alk. Lijepa crvenkasta piva, voćni miris i voćni okus.

malt and liquorice aroma. Amber colour, with lng lasting head. Taste is malty, raisin, caramel, alcohol, reminds me of a specific candy. Overall too sweet for my taste, but great balanced.

33cl bb12/2017, BL sampler 4. - Simpleton yeast and candi caramels lay a sugary blanket over what could have been a stewed stone fruit bouquet. Ruby-amber pour with decent foam pillow. Smells like cassonade brown sugar, then tastes like it as well, dissolved like syrup into a boozy dark malt broth before a harsh hop bitterness seals the candi bag with a metal clasp. Minimal roast bread, plums, raisin and refined maple syrup at the outer edges looking in to this macrosugar-powered diabetes machine. No wonder label proposes you to drink this chilled at 5C like a soft drink. Did not finish.

Slight/medium aroma of malts, caramel, Belgian yeast and fruit.

Clear/hazy dark orange/red beer with a slight/medium off-white head.

Medium sweet with malts, caramel, Belgian yeast and fruit.

This beer is rather intense and balanced, but lacks complexity. A sweet beer with no other flavour really, but manages to not be cloying. Soft palate that works great with this. Decent, but could have been a lot more complex.

Pours a dark, clear orange/brown with relatively thin white-ish head. Sweet, malty aroma. Clean malty taste with a bitter finish. Fantastic beer thats easy drinking (and dangerous at 8.5%!). Leffe has done it again with this Belgian brew.

No mucha carbonatacin.

Pours amber with a nice white head, some lacing. Aroma is sweet, dark, ripe fruit (berries, apple, cherry), caramel, Belgian yeast, some alcohol. Taste is similar to aroma; its sweet and fruity, some burnt caramel and biscuity notes. Finish is dry, spicy, a bit roasty and alcoholic. Medium-bodied and rather carbonated (could be less). Nice.
