I had this a couple of times during my 3 days working in Gent, at the culinary event called Gent Smaakt. Leffe had a tent there and sold the entire Leffe gamma, including Leffe Biere de Printemps, or Leffe Lente. Hazy brown colour with a nice head on top that leaves a nice lacing on the glass. Sweet malty aroma with hints of floral hops and a bit caramel. Taste has sweetness and a really nice body. It goes down really well.

330 ml bottle captured in Belguim and ransomed in Germany and hauled off to Kenya. Bottle is called Leffe Bière de Printemps. Pours a clear light brown color with a massive beige head. Aroma is floral, malt wood, and cheeries. Taste is alcoholic flavor, malts, bread, with cookie dough and citrus. Palate is smooth and has some alcohol lingering. Drinkable but not much more.

Koelschtrinker (20388) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 17, 2011
Dunkelhefiger, aufgezwungen süßer Antrunk. Dann wird das Bier wässriger, die Süße bleibt dabei, die aufkommende Bananigkeit unterliegt der Süße ebenfalls. Alkoholisch angehauchter Abgang. Trinkbar, kaum mehr. 10/7/7/5/7/6

maupie (1098) - Roosendaal, NETHERLANDS - MAY 6, 2011
After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive light red foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a clear ruby color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a fruity touch . This beer smells fruity.
