Alengrin (5891) - BELGIUM - SEP 1, 2014
Tasted as Leffe Rossa in Venice in 2004 and as Leffe Bière de Printemps / Lentebier when it was put on the Belgian market under that name in 2011. Perfectly equal, off-white, creamy head, light amber colour, clear with calm sparkling. Pasteurized smell, caramelly malts, bit nutty, molasses, meat broth, biscuit, tulips, tomato, mango, smoked bacon. Caramelly taste, slick with rather thin body, floral and honeyish, sweetish, strongish carbo, fairly straightforward and boring like the other Leffes. Slight hop bitterness in the finish as well as badly hidden alcohol. Another industrial, ’dead’ AB InBev product.

Een bier met een beetje een speciale smaak, sommigen zullen dit lekker vinden, maar ik vond het niet zo goed.

jackafholmes (1024) - - JUL 22, 2014
iguana cantina in venice. Rosy Reddish brown ale with a good off white head and good lacing. Banana and other fruit on the nose. Taste is slightly sour and bitter, but quite sweet too. Carb is slightly prickly with medium body. Good.

jspronck (162) - BELGIUM - MAY 10, 2014
clear amber/ruby color with generous off-white head, fine bubbles, aromas of fruit (plums and cherries) and malt, after taste of bubblegum, medium sweetness, slightly astringent, it’s an okay beer but lacks aroma and flavor

3.3
kingstoni (2174) - FINLAND - APR 18, 2014
Bottle as Lentebier. Clear pale amber color with a thin head. Aroma of caramel, ripe banana and sugary yeast. Sweet and slightly sour taste. Medium bitterness. Medium thin body.

Une leffe qui laisse à désirer elle a comme un goût d’herbes qui plutôt désagréable et cet arrière goût reste assez longtemps

MarcoDL (5473) - NETHERLANDS - MAR 8, 2014
Standard Belgian blond beer, way too sweet and a bit too chemical. Didn’t like it.

Christian (13927) - Odense, DENMARK - FEB 6, 2014
Odense drinking Belgian Beer in February. Dark golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of spice, bubblegum and banana. Classic Leffe flavour of yeast, fruit, spice and alcohol.

Dedollewaitor (16544) - Odense, DENMARK - FEB 6, 2014
Bottle @ Odense Tasting Feb. 2014. Pours ruby amber with a small creamy head. Yeast, grain, corn, fruit and a whiff of honey. A whisper of alcohol.

3.4
flemmingwillum (1243) - Nysted, DENMARK - OCT 1, 2013
