COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Hoogwaardig belgisch blond bier, meesterwerk van de meesterbrouwers van Leffe".

"High quality belgian blond beer, masterpiece from the masterbrewers at Leffe". Refined bitterness and delicate hops aromas. Charles Nouwen, brewmaster of Leffe, traveled the world in search of the best hops. Whitbread Golding Hops is grown in the Poperinge region of Belgium. Leffe Royale Whitbread Golding is the original recipe for Leffe Royale, launched in 2012. Its delicate bitterness with citrus and resinous notes, reminiscent of that of banana or vanilla, as well as flowery aromas define this exceptional beer.

Golden amber colored pour. Big white head that quickly falls to a solid finger’s worth. Some lacing. Big aroma of malt, yeast, and bananas. Taste is a nice fruity banana flavor with some alcohol notes. Finishes sweet, yet dry. Not bad.

I took a chance on this one, though as a rule, since I don't have a sweet tooth, I'm often not overly enthused by either the Belgian beers or higher-alcohol brews, as both tend to be too sweet for my palate. This was still a very enjoyable brew, aside from that. Glad that I took a chance on it for this beer-drinking adventure!

Kolor złocisto-miodowy, klarowny. Piana szybko opadła do minimalnie warstwy. Aromat owocowo-drożdżowy z bananem i zbożem na czele. Do tego przyprawy (goździk, kolendra, imbir). Lekko słodkawo ale przyjemnie. W smaku treściwie, też lekko słodkawo. Nuty zbożowe, estry, dalej przyprawy korzenne i znikoma goryczka chmielowa. Wysycenie wysokie i lekka nuta alkoholowa nadają „szampańskości” temu trunkowi. Poprawne, do wypicia piwo.

Thuis uit een flesje. Mooie heldere amberkleur, aardig schuim dat wel verdwijnt. Prima smaak, toch hou ik meer van een van mijn favorieten de Leffe blond.

Aroma malty with mild spice. Pours orangeish gold with massive frothy head. In taste malty with a touch of caramel/toffee, followed by mild citrus and spiciness, some banana/yeast, mild herbal bitterness. Light, smooth body, medium carbonation. Quite mellow, not bad.

Aromat przyprawowy, drożdżowy a autolizą średnio przyjemny. Smak lekka słodycz, zbożowy, przyprawy, są również drożdże z autolizą, leciutko owoce. Rozczarowanie mało tu belgi dobre i tylko dobre.

Aroma: belgian phenols, peachy, caramel. Appearance: amber color and white head. Taste: belgian phenols, honey notes, nice warming alcohol, almost no bitterness. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation. Overall: like a hybrid of a triple and a belgian strong ale, decent.

Clear amber. A: bitter, spinach and green olives, sweet malts, marsipan, banana, citrus. T: bitter, malty with marsipan note, balance is ok just not that exciting of a beer.
