22oz bottle. Floater-laden amber-colored base/low foam. Sweet candi sugar syrup, aged orchard & citrus fruit flavors. Full body & medium carbonation. ByTheirLimpin (321) - New York, USA - SEP 9, 2015
Poured from the bottle a cloudy honey. Had a weird yeast first nose. It left quickly and was replaced with a whiff of the heavy alcohol. I finally managed to find some plums buried in there. Big syrupy fmouth full. Fruity, maybe a little bready even. Sticks to the palate and lingers with a pleasant alcohol finish. Not at all what I expected from a Tripel, but enjoyable. Aroma is plums , raisins, rich sweet malts, and belgian candy sugar. Taste is akin to the taste with some additional caramel and toffee hints. Appearance is a slightly hazy orange with a thin pearl head that retains fairly well. jrodooo5 (1691) - DOVER, Delaware, USA - AUG 15, 2015
Not sure what’s up w/ the low score. Banana galore! Sweet & tasty & goes down easy at nearly 12%. Lovin it! garrettnjay (20) - - JUL 31, 2015
I felt like I was a kid in the cafeteria because this beer tastes like a Capri Sun, only I didn’t have to struggle with the goddamn straw. Definitely a creeper because it is so fruity with so much alcohol. Let’s not beat up the brewer for trying something out of the box. It’s not a beer I would have every day, but when you’re in the mood for black cherry/apple and a good buzz this can do the trick. Go out and grab one and expand your taste buds. Also at a good price point!

Tallahassee, Fl. - Beer Stop - 12 oz bottle. Dark golden, light orange pour, initial fluffy snow white head that sticks around a bit, Slightly boozy aroma, some wort-like essence, a whiff of brown sugar. Sweet flavor. some maple syrup, brown sugar, sweet cake mix. Thickish moutheel. A bit too sweet overall. Oscbert (1318) - Lincoln, California, USA - JUN 13, 2015
Strong spicy yeast aroma with strong breast caramel malts, nutty, cinnamon, clove cookies.
Pours a clear light amber with small white lasting creamy head
Malty bready body with clove spiciness and a strong spice finish.
Full bodied with low co2, coats palate. Lingering spicy finish.
A bit thick for a Tripel. Chewy almost. Sweetness is almost cloying. Should have fermented out more, but then the spice would probabaly overpower too much. Drinkable, but disappointed.

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is sweet malt and yeast.
The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a toffee caramel malt, light burning alcohol palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. A great example of the style but I’m not a big fan of big alcoholic Tripel’s. BelgianBeerGal (4122) - Panama City, Florida, USA - MAY 23, 2015
Sample at Grassroots Jacksonville. A good tripel overall. Nice touch of sweetness that almost touches syrupy, with a touch of hop bitterness and it finishes with some warning booze. Full mouthfeel. Tasty. ebarnes (261) - Beech Grove, Indiana, USA - APR 21, 2015
On draft at the Taphouse41 in Sioux Falls, SD. Nice golden color. Small head. Good taste with the high alcohol contents nicely masked. Not a bed tripel.
