At Left Coast Brewing Co. we pride ourselves on being one of the pioneers of Double IPA style craft beer. This hop monster uses Premium American 2 Row and a touch of light crystal malt to create a solid malt foundation. Five different Hop Varieties are used in the Hop Juice. It spends two weeks dry hopping in fermenter contributing to its great hop aroma. Starts out sweet and finishes with the crisp bitterness of a Double IPA. This drinkable blend will have you HOPPING till nights end.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head and mild lacing. Smells of berries, copper, fruit. Tastes like a hundred flavors, really really flavorful, one of the best tasting Ive had. Perfectly balanced. A little copper taste in the aftertaste is the only knock I have on this one.

Bottle. Golden copper color. Aroma of caramel, mild pine and resinous hop. Soft taste of bitter caramelised malt, pine, herbs, some grapefruit and a very bitter finish. Allright.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2016 Bottle at home. Almost clear golden colour, offwhite firm creamy head. Big spruce, resinous pine, grassy, herbal, grapefruit, sweet malty backbone, crisp and beautifully building bitterness. Lingering spruce, pine aftertaste. Big body, low carbonation, oily mouthfeel. Maybe a tat too sweet, but a very decent DIPA.

Left coast hop juice very hazy orange color. Tiny, frothy head. Sweet, very malty forward aroma but it also gives some hopy notes in the back, notes of super matured mango and pineapple. Exactly same thing in taste. Would say its classic, already classic imperial IPA. Sweet and hoppy. Missed that. Might be much more bitter though. But on the other hand further you go with the glass, more bitter it feels. Really good. And the way alcohol is hidden - masterpiece.

Pours hazy amber-orange with a medium beige head, good retention. Strong pine resin aroma with notes of prickly pear, caramel, and toast. Medium body, good carbonation, dry. Lightly sweet, medium-strong bitter herbal hop finish. A hop heads delight.
