COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"At left coast Brewing Co., we pride ourselves on our seasonal line up, with Una Mas amber being our one for the Spring. This dark copper lager(Ale in Texas) is light in body and bursting with flavor. Styled after the popular amber lagers south of the border, Una Mas is the perfect Spring brew. Small amounts of dark roasted malts add a rich color without making it thick or chewy. Munich malt adds a rich toasty finish to the brew. Una mas will leave you wanting more."

UPDATED: OCT 9, 2016 Draft. Pours murky nut brown with a fizzy beige head. Tastes like nutty malt, booze, earth, chocolate syrup, and smokey wood. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like smokey wood, earthy, nutty malt, and smooth booze.

12oz bottle. Filtered tan-brown body. Thin, off-white head. Medium bodied, pleasant toasty medium brown malts. A pretty enjoyable Vienna, better the US Amber I had assumed it to be. Simplistic, straightforward, OK.

Bottle. Amber coloured, moderate head. Caramelly aroma with pretty much hops on it. Medium body. Malty taste. Earthy & spicy hops all along. Light bitterness. Decent

Scottsdale location. The beer pours to a bright glowing brassy amber body with a nice dense, creamy white head. The aroma is similar to an aromatic silage. I don’t have any idea what they were going for here. The flavor was fortunately interesting. Toasted malts meets crisp grains and citrus hops but it’s not overly bitter. Lively and refreshing. The palate is nicely textured and refreshing. I thought it was an APA.

It’s a style I rather enjoy, this one. It appears as the way I imagine it will smell somehow. Coppery russet in colour, but clear and carrying the remnants of some ugly grey head. It smells of gorgeous caramel malts and bready yeastiness and tastes similar. It is sweet but not cloying and very drinkable.

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear dark amber with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is caramel malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with a chewy sweet malt, light yeast, hoppy bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation and a bubbly mouthfeel.

Pours a thin head on a clear dark straw body. Aroma is lots of caramel. Taste is caramel sweet, a little toast and a touch of bitter to keep it balanced. Texture is thicker. Nice, good flavor.
