Very nicely executed brew from Left Coast! Poured from gifted bomber courtesy craftbeerconnect. The best descriptor is smooth! VooDoo is a fantastic malty treat, with just enough dark chocolate and coffee to add a bitter edge. You folks at Left Coast nailed this one.

Bottle. Very dark brown-almost black, small to average and mostly diminishing light brown head. Moderate to full, malty and sweetish aroma, roasted malt, some coffee and light chocolate, light hoppyness. Body is medium to full, malty and sweetish flavor with some roasted malt and some coffee with light chocolate, light hoppyness. Finish is average, lightly sweetish-sweetish, some roasted malt, some coffee with light chocolate, light-some hoppyness, faint alcohol. Nice IS with roastiness. Not overly too much coffee. Could be drier. Head is quite weak.

Light body and yet a full, chocolate/coffee/toast set of aromas and flavors. Lively for a stout.

Pours a dark brown with a smooth, nitrogen-infused dark taupe head. Maple, peppery bacon nose. Thick, smooth mouthfeel. The flavors approximate the aromas.
