Taster from the bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a very clear pale golden with almost no head. Aroma is slightly sweet with fermented apples notes. Taste is similar, low to moderate sweet, quite dry, though. Pleasant.

Bulles qui me semblent naturelles. Texture un peu huileuse. Une finale qui montre les deux facettes d’un fruit bien travaillé. À mon goût.

Visual: Pours light straw yellow without a significant head, ringed micro bubbles, spread out steady streams. Nose: apple juice, apple flesh, light musky, (lvl-7)-pungency Attack: super crisp-large CO2 bubbles fizzy Mid-palate: dense apple juice, sour-tangy, medium tart, cloying (lvl-4)-sweetness & acidity Finish: lingering acidity, sticky gums, fruity apple exhale. Summary: Straightforward clean apple juice flavour with a sour-acidic backbone. The taste is bright and drinkable but nothing too memorable or enticing here. Only decent.

jercraigs (10886) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 2, 2015
2015-07-30. Pale yellow body. Aroma is fruity, apple and notes of apple core. Flavour is a little dry as promised, pleasant apple fruit character, lightly acidic throughout. 7+ Average bodied palate, moderate carbonation. Relatively subtle but a solid very drinkable cider. Very nice. Bottle shared by GregClow.

mcberko (18979) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 21, 2015
Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a dull clear blonde. Nose is medium funky, with dry apples and low acidity. Flavour is complex, with medium funk upfront, overtop dry apples with medium acidity. Very well-rounded - great funk presence here. Very enjoyable.
