Pale straw-gold colour with a thin white head. The nose is softly peppery and fairly aromatic. A light kiwi and grassy sort of herbaceous aroma. There's a bit of lean malt and a touch of lemon and white pepper. Lightly zesty and clean. Tasty beer.

July 10, 2015 - at Volo, on handpull cask. Hazy orange-gold with a lasting thick foamy beige head. Smells wonderful - very catty, light fruity malt and alcohol - simple and very good. Taste is ... simcoe! - hugely catty, really works well on cask. Thick, chewy, astringent mouthfeel, long long catty/pungent finish and aftertaste - great stuff!

[8941-20161220] Tap. Fresh citrus pine needles hops aroma. Slightly hazy, orange body with a big long-lasting creamy white head and thick lacing. Bitter juicy lemon seed and pine citrus wood flavour with a biting finish. Medium-full body is deliciously bitter. Yummm! (8/5/9/5/17) 4.4

Bottle in Brew Box. More cloudy than the Prospect: Citra variant. Mildly cloudy pale yellow with white head. Nice lacing. Piney aroma, with some mild earthiness and floral notes. Very piney upfront, some floral notes in the middle, and a resiny lingering bitterness. Comes across as more bitter than the Citra variant, though the reported IBU is the same.

650 ml bottle from brewery. Pours a clearish golden yellow colour with moderate-sized white head that leaves some decent lacing. Aroma is big and piney with some lemony citrus and a little earthiness. Flavour is also big and hoppy with equal parts pine resin and lemon zest as well as some lighter earthy and floral notes. Modest bitterness in finish. Quite nice IPA.

En fût au Wvrst. Couleur orangée voilée, mousse beige pâle crémeuse laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de houblon résineux, agrumes, pêche, malt. Goût de houblon résineux, pamplemousse, malt, pêche. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense.

[Draught at Indie Alehouse] Pours a deep orange-amber with an average size semi-lasting frothy white head. A good amount of lacing. Nice hoppy aroma -- all Simcoe hops and nothing but, but I love it! Flavour, also nice, follows the aroma. Long, long bitter finish. Simcoe is good! Medium bodied. Very, very good stuff.

Clear caramel with white head that laces. Nice nose of flowers and resin with some sweet malts in the back. Big hoppy Fla our similar to the nose of roses, resin with some mild bitterness. Very nice.
