Healthy cloudy orange pour with half inch thick, white to khaki head. Pungent aroma of bitter citrus rind, pineapple, cottony pine. Soft carbonation, finish is a bit tingly. Flavor is similar to taste but the hops are a bit more subtle; dusty pine with a hint of creaminess, pineapple is next, hint of herbals (from mosaic perhaps?), malt is matched appropriately, adding considerable body. Really nice ipa that’s perfect blend of pine and tropical hops, and malt.

Medium gikd, some particles, decent head. Nose is earthy hops. Bitter. Middle is caramel, "hot" pine resin, mango, medium kilned malt. Finish is bitter and fairly long. Pretty good beer. kambei70 (1107) - - SEP 17, 2017

Pours clear butterscotch with a thick and frothy porcelain head. Aroma presents resiny, woody hops plus hints of citrus and raw malt. Flavor delivers resiny hops, bitter evergreen, zesty citrus, and a malty underpinning for a satisfying if not outstanding IPA. Mouthfeel offers fairly firm and smooth body, and OK fizz. Can. Amber beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and summer fruit flavor with light caramel. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and summer fruit lingers with light sweetness. tmoreau (4591) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - AUG 23, 2017
12 oz. can poured to my sampler glass at the 8th WCD Trade Expo, showing a hazed, gold tone, with decent off white/light cream colored froth, and dots & dashes of foamy lacing. The nose was dank, with a bit of resin, light spice, a touch of caramel, and esters as citrus/grapefruit, and pineapple. Medium bodied, with good carbonation, the taste was similar, including a lingering, citrus, rind-like, and earthy bitterness. The tropical/pineapple feel gave this IPA the necessary pizazz to stand out. Bill Becker (1321) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - AUG 11, 2017
Slightly hazy gold with impressive head of foam.
Grapefruit, mango and pine nose that leans towards the spicy side.
Tastes spicy, must be the rye. Kinda detracts from the tropical fruit and pine but that’s what makes it interesting. The malt tastes toasty.
Good enough mouthfeel, good enough IPA.
