On tap at the Flying Saucer in Memphis (downtown). I like ginger.... I like beer..... but they don’t exactly go together. I would really prefer that my beer not have a spice to it. There were some bready notes in the aroma. It was pretty blah.
On tap at Old Chicago. Water with a slight taste of ginger. For the first time, Left Hand disappoints gephross100 (943) - Bellaire, Texas, USA - MAY 14, 2017
Pour from a 12oz bottle pours clear with an amber color with a solid white head that lasts. Ginger and vanilla nose. Malty mild sweetness. Light body average carbonation. Very aqueous. jefcon (1830) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - APR 30, 2017
Pretty light, which actually makes the ginger accessible and tasty. Aromas of spice and ginger. Light and beery, biscuit and ginger. Thin, watery finish, though. unclefrito62 (269) - Stow, Ohio, USA - APR 9, 2017

12 oz bottle from Beer52.com. An amber pour with a fast fading white head; beery ginger aroma; an immediate ginger hit in the mouth, but much softer than expected; then a warming root ginger prickle, leading to a rather thin finish. Clean, refreshing and well balanced. Much better than most ginger beers. Cajun (532) - Lafayette, Louisiana, USA - NOV 2, 2016
Bottle - Pours medium amber with thin head. Aroma of fermented breads and ginger. The flavors are same, but additionally floral notes, definitely ginger... with a dry hops finish. Luvystypotables (1917) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - OCT 28, 2016
Aroma of ginger beer and ginger, pours a hazy Amber color with light carbonation and not much head. Watery body with a a ginger beer taste and a light ginger finish. tfontana (950) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 20, 2016
Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from One Stop Market. Appearance is clear light amber with tiny sparkle, 1/2 finger width fizzy head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong ginger over mildly malty base. Taste is as aroma--can’t really make out too much other than the ginger. Palate is light bodied with lively carbonation and ginger finish. Overall, a straightforward experience. No nuance but if you want an alcoholic subtler version of a ginger ale, this is for you.
