Serving: Bottle Rated 8/1/2010 First LeftHand Brewing Company beer for me. Pours a light amber color with little to no head. Fruity smell and finish. Decent beer. Wouldnt go out of my way to have it again.
Pretty decent hefe. Tried it when it was bottled, for the first time back in 2009. Lots of standard hefe yeast character, cloves and bananas. Golden with a slick mouthfeel. slowrunner77 (12429) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 11, 2014

Cloudy yellow pour with large white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, slight citrus, and faint hops. Taste of wheat, yeast, slight citrus, clove and faint banana. Light bodied, medium carbonation, good hefe. Passthebeer (30) - Manassas, Virginia, USA - JUL 24, 2014
Overall a very good example of a hefeweizen. Very good balance of banana and clove so tasty.

Lots of hay and light citrus in this. Pours cloudy golden with good head and lacing. Light bitter finish with some acidity. Kind of in between a saison and a hefeweizen. Tap at Max’s. tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 24, 2014
Interesting they say this is retired. Definitely was on draft at Pony Bar. Pours a hazy orange, darker than I was anticipating for the style, light white head. Aroma is citrus, clove, bubble gum, banana. Medium body. A little sweet, probably has some caramel malt in it. Mild bitterness. rondphoto (4483) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JUN 14, 2014
on tap @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Aroma of citrus and wheat. Nearly clear medium amber with a gwnweous bubbly white head, bands of lace. Taste is a little disappointing - wheat and malt begins well enough, but in the palate, an odd flavoring is introduced, seems mostly like clove, anise, and maybe a little ginger. It doesn’t work. Too bad - oh well, it looks great. Imaena (2328) - Maputo, MOZAMBIQUE - AUG 17, 2013
GCB: Devcnt but nothing special. I did have this after a Wienstephaner though which is hard to compete with. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - MAY 16, 2013
