Bottle at coffee district. I can’t say that was really impressed with this beer but it did hold a few good qualities. The carbonation was right in the pocket, a lot of the flavors, though being somewhat bland in my opinion, were dancing frantically on my tounge from the first sip to the last. The flavors were a mix of wheat and bitter hops. An enjoyable beer but nothing to write home about. inwoodjohn (3) - New York, USA - OCT 16, 2010 does not count
22 oz bottle. Poured nice with soapy head. Reddish blond hue. Aroma, herbal hops. Looked and smelled better than it tasted. A lot of grapefruit with a lingering finish. Kind of one dimensional. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - OCT 16, 2010
22oz bottle. Small beige head atop crystal clear amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit/lemon, caramel, some lager yeast, light orange. Taste is moderately sweet, orange/grapefruit, some lemon/lager yeast, caramel. Medium-full body, light stickiness. lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 16, 2010
Golden yellow, whitish ring. Corny, grainy aroma. Light grassy hops. Taste is more grassy, herbal, some lager notes, corn. Suttree (6466) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 16, 2010
I enjoyed this, but I really couldn’t do it justice trying to describe it in my notes. It has a lot of what I consider ale-like qualities at first, but it finishes kinda lagery. In between, there is a nice mix of caramel and resiny hops. It seems to morph from an IPA to some sort of hoppy marzen as you drink it.

Bomber from Ace in Boulder, CO. Pours clear amber/copper with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is roast caramel. Hop? Med body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is pale malt and a heck of a lot of hop. Grassy/herby hop. Noble hop. Not pure Saaz. But very nice. It starts to finish sweet and then the hop goes bump. Incredibly delicious. tronraner (2459) - Walland, Tennessee, USA - OCT 15, 2010
2010 pre-Brewer’s Jam tasting. Pours light golden yellow with whitish head. The aroma is leafy with some estery spice notes. Flavor is kind of papery with some disembodied bitterness. Odd high alcohol note toward the finish. Meh. davidajensen (206) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 13, 2010
This is an interesting drink. It tastes pretty controlled and organized considering they have created a frankenstein here. The beer is a golden amber with a thin creamy head. Lots of small bubbles in the carbonation. The aroma is what i would expect from a lager. They did a really good job of not making this beer too bitter or malty. It is pretty balanced and very tasty. ucusty (2691) - raleigh, North Carolina, USA - OCT 9, 2010
clear gold pour with a fluffy white head and spotty lace. Hops and grainy aroma. Flavor is bitter with a nice malty backbone to balance it out. Kinda grassy adrian910ss (2589) - Doylestown, PA, USA - OCT 6, 2010
On draft at Capones. Pours a clear coppery color with a medium sized frosty off white head. Aroma of light citrus, lemon tea, honey and hops. Taste is much the same as the aroma.
