COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This English style of beer, also known as Sweet Stout or Cream Stout, first appeared in London in the late 1800’s. The early brewers touted the health benefits of the milk sugar in this beer which today relates mainly to the increased amount of calories(no real health benefits…sorry). The milk sugar adds a well rounded sweetness to this dark beer and makes it an outstanding, year ‘round stout.

UPDATED: APR 17, 2018 Black color. Thin, beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate, coffee, and vanilla. Moderate sweetness in taste with mild bitterness for balance. Flavors of milk chocolate and coffee dominate. Delicious stout

En meget sort øl med helt hvidt skum. Ser flot ud. Har en meget maltet lugt, og en sødlig maltsmag, den føles meget cremet i munden, en god oplevelse.

Black body, tan head. Rich, creamy palate; however, not as creamy as some other milk stouts. Good flavor and aroma, definitely worth trying. Good starter for anyone trying to get into milk stouts.

Dark pour with a tan head. Aroma is toasty malts. Taste is very creamy with a good malt flavor. Just a bit of bitterness, which is perfect. It doesn't have any of the burnt/toasty/smoky taste. Not complex, but tasty and very drinkable.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2018 Very thick creamy head. Great chocolate-coffee-toffee flavor. If you have a friend who doesn’t like beer tell them you have a chocolate cream beer for them and give them this.

colui72 (1215) - HONG KONG - FEB 13, 2018
Pours translucent dark brown, black once in the glass, medium beige head, spotty lacing. Roasted dark malts aroma, with some chocolate note. Tastes roasty, but with lactose sweetness, thin notes of chocolate and coffee to make up for the style. Medium bodied, low carbonation and long finish. Very nice stout without any hypes.
