Bottled. Clear nut brown, creamy off-white head. Caramelly nose. Piney hops covers the chewy caramelly malt. It’s sweet with a syrupy breadiness. More full bodied than oktoberfestbiers and much more hoppy. Grainy, caramelly finish with salty bitterness. With it’s firm body and heavy impact it is a perfect dunkler bock. Amber color; creamy head. There is some caramel in this brew, and correct bitterness. Not bad, but plain.
