Pours a clear pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma is pilsner malts, grain, and peppery hops. Flavor is grainy, malty, and a bitter peppery finish.

Golden yellow pour with very small head. Aroma is very subdued, with little more than hops. Flavor is mild, herby and grassy, with its fair share of malt. Very boring to drink but with a good pils finish--not to sharp, but definitely not heavy. Very much reminded me of some of the "better" macros. Nothing special.

Pale weak yellow pour with minimal head, this is simply a boring, watered-down pils with a fancy label from an otherwise good brewer. avoid.

I found this to be an extreamly sessionable pilsner. It wasnt too heavy but it wasnt watered down and left the correct aftertaste in your mouth to make you say wow that was a good traditional pilsner. Not as refined as some but it is a micro-brewed pilsner not from the rheinheitsgebot.

July 2007 - Clear golden color, pillowy head and nice lacing. Strong aroma of flowers and grass. Very nice balance of sweet pilsner malt, grassy and floral hops. Light and refreshing without being watery and bland...full flavor. Good effort from the Left Hand!

12 oz Bottle, A slighlty cloudy pale yellow color with a 1 inch head. It has a slight hint of hops in the aroma, the aroma is so slight that it is hard to pin it down. It is a smooth tasting pilsner but it has a metallic finish.

bottled 8/13/2007... crystal clear straw color with a wispy white head that sticks around for a bit. aroma is metallic graininess, lager yeast and some grassy hops. flavor is quite boring and mostly like the aroma. light grain bitterness on the finish. average body. crisp and drinkable but pretty much lacking any character...

A very light beer, basically like a macro. Boring and not much flavor to it. Expect a coor light when you drink this.

UPDATED: FEB 27, 2008 Thanks to ucusty for this one. Poured from a 12oz. bottle, bottled on date: 07-25-07 Paired with fish. Aroma: Floral & citrusy Appearance: Pale gold, plenty of small bubbles rising with a nice thick head Flavor: Mild hops flavour with some fruitlike character (citrus) and a nice, light bitterness Palate: Gentle and smooth, the carbonation gives it a nice feel Overall: Very drinkable, smooth beer that went down easy. Not too bitter with a nice hop balance. I would have liked a couple more of these, would definitely try again.
