Clean lager-like malt aroma with notes of lemon and vanilla. Beautiful crystal clear medium pale yellow body with a thin lacy white head. More clean cracker malt flavor followed by a nice lightly spicy herbal/leafy flavor. A bit of wheaty hay flavor in the background and a subtle but continuous earthy bitterness. There's just a bit of green herbaceousness around the edges which might be the juniper berries, but I wouldn't have called that out if I wasn't looking for it. Body is light and airy which makes this ridiculously refreshing to drink. A bit of creaminess in the finish with a light, lingering malt sweetness. Very interesting and refreshing Saison.

Can from Beers of the World. A nice saison with juniper aroma. Unfortunately, I don't like juniper.

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2017 Can online from Beer Revolution, Hay on Wye. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma is bready malts, yeasty, floral, herbal, spice. Taste comprises spicy esters, light saison funk, hay, herbal, hints of lemon, juniper. Light bodied, soft foamy carb, clean, dry finish. Good one

16 ounce can poured into a pint glass. The beer is a clear gold with a white head of foam. Herbal and ester forward in aroma and taste. More on the bitter and earthy side of taste. A bit of juniper in the finish. Medium body and high carbonation.

Pours a nice clear amber from a can, thick white head dissipates to a small ring and an island. Aroma is a fruity juniper and floral. Similar flavor. Starts off dry but leans sweet due to the heavy floral qualities. Good beer.

Pint can. Spicy yeast aroma with notes of banana, clove and juniper berries. Pours clear golden colored with a thin white head that has some retention and good lacing. Starts with spicy saison yeast flavors with notes of banana and clove. Finishes dry, crisp and refreshing with a bit more clove and tart juniper flavors. Pretty nice, the juniper is present but doesn't overwhelm.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2017 Draft at Bru Craft. Hazy deep yellow gold that starts with a thick off-white head. Sweet floral citrus flavor with a dry astringent finish. Dried lemon peels. Juniper berries. Grass. A touch tart. Weirdly works.

Decent saison, although the inclusion of juniper berries in a farmhouse ale makes for a distinct air freshener-themed beer experience. I mean, saisons are already grassy and floral and aromatic, but tossing in the juniper adds a green herbal spiciness that pushes the brew from enjoyably odd to downright distracting. Solid crisp meadow notes, hints of clove and vanilla and flowers, then grows piney and bright with a defined juniper streak. Finishes with a subtle yeasty tartness and plenty of juniper. Pours a bright gold with a mild white head and slight lacing. Tons of juniper on the nose. Crisp feel is suitable for the style. Not bad, but not my favorite flavor pairing.
