Corked bottle-pours dark golden with a little off white foam-yeasty spicy nose with apples-it has a nice body to it-light with a touch of creaminess-spicy fruits in the flavor with a hint of clove and banana-it has an excellent candi sugar sweetness on the finish-the finish is actually the best part, some apples show up there too-as it opens, I get some peaches and a little cinnamon mixed in there....it aged well! Bottle shared by Jeff. Thanks man.
Golden body with an inch of white head. Aromas of yeast, floral hops, bread, alcohol, fruity esters. Cracked pepper and yeast with moderate sweetness. Warming finish. Decent, yet a definite notch below the tripels of Belgium. slowrunner77 (13231) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 11, 2014
"Yeasty and hides the abv well, especially on the nose. Fruity flavors of plums and orange on the nose and flavor. Dry, sweet, finish. Pretty nice brew." rondphoto (4518) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - AUG 23, 2014
bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Nearly clear golden amber with a thick rim head, streaks and dots of lace. Good looking brew. Taste is sweet toffee malt with heavy carbonation in the palate that moves to light hops for a sparkling finish. Solid, enjoyable, but somewhat timid for a Tripel. obguthr (6835) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - JUN 9, 2014
Vinous celery aroma. Clear golden, medium head. Funk and lemon zest, peach underneath. Not boozy. Good, for a style I don’t like very much.

Nice golden color with a white head. The nose is floral, yeast, butter and biscuit. The taste is more yeast, malt, grass and some spicy flavors. Not the your typical Tripel, but very refreshing. AndrewMichaelZ (63) - - MAY 24, 2014
Sweet, almost cider-y nose.
This is not what I think of when I think of a Tripel but it's not bad. Crisp and sweet with a dry finish.
Not likely to go for it again.

Very sweet, velvety triple that manages to stay very drinkable. It does have a rich, buttery feel. Definitely not a session beer, but at 9.3% that's a good thing.

Aroma: The nose is floral hops, grass, lemon, some funky notes, lots of spice, and some yeast
Appearance: It pours a clear golden color with a fizzy white. Head and drippy lace work
Flavor: The flavor is along the same line, yeasty, spicy, and a little funky, with a clean, medium bitter
Palate: Medium body, an average-plus carbonation, a pretty great drinkability, and a dryish finish
This kind of made my think Tripel-Saison hybrid, but that might just be me. Anyway, I quite liked it. The spice, yeast, and funk play nicely with the hoppy flavors. It’s drier and funkier than your normal Tripel. Really enjoyed this one.
.65 bottle. Yellow, some haze.pretty nice soft malty, slight popcorn-butter, coriandery spicy with some lemon. Nice smooth body, abv decently hidden. Malty. Nice drink, but nothing really aweshocking.
