Sane or senseless? Harmless or harmful? Sometimes it takes awhile to get to know a stranger. Initial impressions are not always reality, so you must delve deeper. Beyond the initial floral hop aromas, malt sweetness is revealed, yet with a spicy undertone that exposes a very rye sense of humor. Take your time to get to know the Stranger. It’s strangely satisfying.

Tasted on 2/29/12 from a 12oz bottle purchased at Whole Foods Green Hills. Pours hazy orange with an average white head that leaves average lace, and some lacing along the inside of the glass. The nose features some floral, noble-style hoppiness, and light bread malt. The flavor has some nicely bitter floral hops, with a hint of spice, and the same light bread malt. The body is light with average carbonation and a medium lightly bitter floral hops finish.

yellow pour with a white head. Aroma is light malt, little sweetness. Taste is light malt, little hops, OK beer but nothing really stands out. Ok lacing.

Fra kran på Olympen, Oslo 18 Okt 11. Lys gylden. OK kremaktig skum som ligger igjen i nivåer mens en jobber seg nedover i glasset. Litt uklar. Frisk fruktig aroma. Ananas & epler. God! Balansert fruktig smak. Sitrus & aprikos. Variert tørr bitterhet etterhvert.

Yellow bodied witb white head. Strong floral aroma with cereal malt, like potpourri and chex - not very good. Tastes a lot like it smells, not very good. Lighter body with fine carbonation. Wouldn’t get again.

Metallic taste. Appearance is ordinary. This beer gets better as you begin to drink more. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A bit hoppy, a bit malty, some citrus and a touch of spice. Weak in the finish. Not terrible, but not a standout.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Flowery aroma with light citrus notes and light sweet malts. The flavor has light citric and floral hops, lightly sweet malts, and just a hint of pine. Good stuff.

Copper colored beer with a white head. Aroma of grains, some funk, and hints of hops. Tastes of grainy water, a bit of citric notes, and some mild floral hops. Semi-sweet finish. A bit muted, watery brew. Lackluster, but unoffensive.

Bottle- Pours a copper color with a decent head and some lacing. Aroma of some citrus and malt sweetness, bit of fresh grain and fruit in the background. Mild taste of malt sweetness up front with a bit of citrus and grain. there is a nice bitterness and a clean finish. Fairly moderate body, quite smooth and refreshing. Good balance. Easy drinker, good for a few. Nothing special about this beer just an enjoyable Pale Ale to relax with.
