Black beer, thick foamy brown head. Earthy chocolate malt in the aroma. taste follows suit with a bit of vanilla there too. Creamy in the mouth with a bit of fizz on the tongue. Not the richest stout you'll have but it's distinct and tasty. Fullpintofbeer (422) - Bristol, Somerset, ENGLAND - MAY 5, 2017
Tap @Left Handed Giant, Bristol.
Small head which quickly disappears, black colour. Aroma: cookies, dark chocolate, coffee, bit of fruits. Lighly bitter, medium body, long finish, lively. Nice aroma, but too strong carbonation as for a stout. The_Osprey (8682) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 22, 2017
Keg at Draft House Hammersmith as Left Handed Giant Lactose Tolerant, 5.5%. Opaque black with a creamy brown head, leaving thick lacing. Aroma is filter coffee and dark chocolate, some marshmallow. Body is light and a bit frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is chocolate and lactose, coffee with a little Parma violet. Building chocolate and red marshmallow. I imagine this would be a show stopper on cask. Bit fizzy and thin #evilkeg but you can tell this is a good beer. Heidbummer (813) - SCOTLAND - APR 15, 2017
Pint, Daylight Robbery. Pours darkest chocolate, foamy tan head. Coffee, vanilla ice-cream, burnt toast aroma. Starts sweet but good carbonation and some bitterness cuts that nicely. Coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, affogato ice cream in a pint. Very drinkable. Really good. john44 (3331) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 16, 2017
Keg Third of a Pint at BrewDog, Shepherds Bush, London in April 2016 - Dark Brown in colour. Large creamy tan head. Excellent lacing. Very Malty; roasty malts, chocolate, coffee, milky lactose vibe. Hoppy; slight hops. Fruity; hints of dark fruits and berries. Sweet-bitter roast chocolate malty. Tasty sweet stout. Decent. (2016-04-29)

Bottle from Beer Gonzo. Pours black with an initially huge tan head, reducing quickly to a long lasting head of about 3mm. Aroma of chocolate, roasted coffee, malt, and ash. Not particularly sweet, and quite a high level of bitterness. Medium body, sticky thickish texture. Quite highly carbonated mouthfeel. Cokemonkey11 (1050) - - OCT 5, 2016
Cask, 2/3 pint. Pours black with medium brown foam subsiding average. Scent is quite mild cocoa. Taste is medium cocoa and light milky flavors. Slightly dry. Fairly plain but without defect. Very good. SamVimes21 (537) - - SEP 9, 2016
Cask @ Tamworth beer festival, black with a cream head with dark roasted malts and a tartness that comes from the lactose and a smooth malty aftertaste, I like this one. gegwilson (3784) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - AUG 10, 2016
Bottle brought back from a Somerset holiday. Pours deep brown, almost black with a big frothy cream head. The aroma is sweet and chocolatey. The taste has more choclate with spice and some coffee too, before a bitter finish with dark chocolate. A little thin and a little sharp. Decent otherwise. Keg at BD Sheps, 09/05/16.
Pitch black with a big ole tan head.
Nose is light roast, charr, earthy hop, cocoa powder, toffee.
Taste comprises light roast malt, raisens, cocoa rub, toasted brown sugar, burnt biscuit, tinge of lacticity.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a lightly hopped back note.
Decent enough stout.
