Bottle shared with CPS at the cabin, NH. Pours clear gold, highly effervescent, with a fast-fading white foam head. Very faint toasted pale malt nose, some fruits, apple. Medium sweet flavor, sugary, with light caramel and honey, some fruity notes (like apples), subtle toasted dough. Light bodied with crisp, zippy carbonation, and a fairly syrupy mouthfeel. Sugary finish with bready malts, very faint piney bitterness, toasty straw. The beer is too sweet and the carbonation is too enthusiastic. Needs a bit of work. 22 oz. bottle from Ryan and Casey Liquors, Greenfield, MA. Pale yellow color with very light carbonation. Quickly departing head that vanished to nothing. Nose is pale malt and honey notes. Taste is grainy with the same pale malt and honey that shows in the nose. Light body with a grainy texture. Real easy to drink. jcwattsrugger (12524) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - DEC 4, 2011
22oz bottle-pours a foamy offwhite head with yellow/gold color. Aroma is soft lemon, light malt-bready/caramel. Taste is lemon/spice hops, light malt-bready/caramel. Maybe I should adjust to 1.0 to offset IPAdad and earthtones. jtclockwork (17264) - , New Jersey, USA - OCT 27, 2011
Bottle thanks to Jcwattsrugger. Pours pale gold with white head. Nose/taste of caramel malt. muted citrus and oily hops. Light to medium body. bhensonb (15756) - Woodland, California, USA - DEC 25, 2010
Bomber from cakanator. Merry Xmas! Pours orange brassy gold with a decent foamy white head that was transient. Aromas of caramel and something citrusy. Flavors are not strong - meaning not harsh. But they are very good. Finishes moderately bitter. Somewhat oily mouthfeel.

22oz bottle, nice to see another local brewery making decent offerings! Poured a nice slightly darker golden hue. Nice hop aromas nothing offensive or unbalanced. Full bodied and smooth, with a little bit of a bitter finish. Nothing overly complex, but well worth giving a try. Can’t wait to see what else they can do!

This is an incredibly interesting pale ale. Quite hoppy and full bodied compared to the conventional pale ale; consisting of caramel and spicy flavors. I picked up a mix of the beer directly from the brewery and have yet to be disappointed. IPADad (4) - Massachusetts, USA - APR 23, 2010 does not count
Outstanding. Hoppy without excessive bitterness, balanced, refreshing. The complexity remains in the mouth, and the aftertaste is pleasing, missing the amaturish aftertaste of too many PA’s. earthtones333 (5) - Massachusetts, USA - APR 22, 2010 does not count
full bodied pale ale with good coloring. Nicely carbonated, smooth ale with a slightly hoppy finish that is pleasing on the tongue. The finish is well-rounded and the aroma is pleasing throughout. philvil (176) - Massachusetts, USA - MAR 15, 2010
The texture, carbonation, and appearance are very well done. The flavors are mild but overall very good. A good choice for those who prefer subtlely in their pale ales.
