Pours pale golden with a small fizzy white head. Really nice fruity aroma with orange zest, mango, a hint of pineapple in there, as well as a bit of mint. Flavor is also quite fruity, a good bit of grapefruit, and a bit of the others mentioned in the aroma. A bit flat and watery though. Texture is plain, and also watery Goodgrief (2059) - Middletown, Delaware, USA - APR 13, 2009
Blah...not any better than the Dear Abbey Dubbel. Pale yellow pour, watery trippel taste with the faint presence of dirty sweatsocks. Some pepper and a nice level of spices. It was a good level of spiciness, which was the saving grace for this one. I held this bottle for someone to share with, but in a moment of weakness, I opened it to drink by myself. Not bad enough to drain pour, but not good enough to really enjoy. Blah. Rciesla (5607) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - APR 12, 2009
Bottle pours orange gold with a white head. Apple pear light spices. Weak for a triple eh. zapprentice (316) - East Setauket, New York, USA - APR 5, 2009
Aroma of flowers, some fruits. Flavor is sweet, but nothing awe inspiring. Not my favorite. jvmiller (558) - Bel Air, Maryland, USA - APR 3, 2009
Pours completely clear, odd for a Belgian right? Aroma of Banana, fruit, cloves-actually a pretty nice aroma. Flavor is a bit off for a Tripel. Mouthfeel-carbonation is right on, nice and frothy, but there are some off flavors, like a strange metallic-sourness that sticks to your tongue--infection? Does have hints of fruit, spice, but ending is pretty harsh and not bitter in a good way. Its not delicately balanced, I feel like this is a whore’s job on a Tripel.

Nice flavor, not as complex as a typical Tripel.
Bright clear orange color. Apple and floral hop aroma. Yeast and bread flavors with a blast of fruit thrown in there at the end. Ok, not great here. This is more appropriate for a refreshing drink on a hot day than a wide variety of palate flavors and sensations. ucusty (2693) - raleigh, North Carolina, USA - FEB 24, 2009
Bright transparent gold pour. Thin off white head with a little lace. Doughy aroma. Sweet flavor with notable hints of spice, fruit, and yeast Beerdedone (3452) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 15, 2009
Bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity sweet with honey, citrus, yeast and some spices. flavor is moderatly sweet with candi sugar, sweet malts, citrus, yeast and some notes of pepper and spices. jmm635 (1017) - Havertown, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 2, 2009
Poured an extremely clear bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma was mostly orange notes and a tad bit of yeast. Flavor was sort of weak - kind of like a more flavorful pale ale. Palate was nice a smooth and easy to drink. Refreshing spring/summer beer.
