From a bottle pours dark yellow with little head. Nice flavor with a short lasting aftertaste.

Draught: Aroma of pils malts and yeast. Poured golden in color with a small white head. Good lacing. Clear. Sparkling. Taste of pils malts and yeast. Light to medium body. Sticky texture. Average carbonation. Dryish pils finish.

Had this beer on tap at just Sports with Stegosaurus. Poured golden, nice fluffy white head, looked appealing the smell was good smelled sort of like fruit, it was smooth with no bite, its drinkable, i think i was lured in by its looks and smell but i didnt care for its lack of any hoppiness or its flavor much.

1.13.06 Decent but not great pils from Legacy. Probably the least good brew I had from them that night. Looks like other ratings agree. Pass on this one.

This is a solid, drinkable version of a style for which I am not fond. Crisp, clean grassy hop aroma and flavor with some snap.

JFGrind (2064) - Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 18, 2005
Golden pilsner, with a crisp, clean flavor with malts dominating the beer. Some "german" hops peek through, and best of all my sample was not skunked or infected.

Pineapple, coconut, apple and banana aromas seem out of place in a pils. Hazy orange-copper coloured body is topped by a low white head that recedes to ring. Soapy, floral, lavender hops over grainy malts with plenty of rather sour fruity esters. Light body with fizzy carbonation. This was the second beer I had at the connoisseur’s session and unfortunately appeared to be infected. Sampled at Kennett Square Brewfest 2005.

i’m not a big fan of pilseners, but this wasn’t all that bad. crisp taste, seemed to have a bit of a malt bite. very drinkable though, would go great with some hot wings.

Draft at the Grey Lodge in Philly. Not a bad pilsener. Slight german taste with a hint of vanilla.

2.9
Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 13, 2005
Mostly diminishing white head covers the light golden hue. Slightly husky, but not unpleasant pils malt evolves around focused floral and leafy noble hops. Might be a bit too sweet globally, but this remains a clean example with a pleasant light-medium body entertained by engaging carbonation and unaffected by any sour trace.
