Appearance- clear and amber with a ruby tinge. A small beige fizzy head. Aroma- fruity, dark fruits, cherry, malt, blackcurrant hints. Taste- cherry, hint of booze, rough malts, fruitcake, brown sugar. HenrikSoegaard (14291) - Randers, DENMARK - JUL 14, 2017

330ml bottle on a train to Birmingham with haddock. Pours a hazy depe brown, caramel nose. Taste presents a full-on caramel character, some spice with a whisper of liquorice on the finish. Decent vienna lager. BlackHaddock (7516) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAY 29, 2017
33cl bottle shared with minutemat on a train heading to Birmingham on 28th May 2017. Lovely amber hue to the body, white crown: malty molasses rule the aroma and taste, smooth mouthfeel and fairly sweet throughout.

The looks of the beer aren’t bad. The color of the beer is a dark golden yellow/orange. The beer is crystal clear. On top of the beer there is a nice layer of soft white foam. Foam retention is average. After a while a thin layer of foam is left.
The smell of the beer is nice. There are some slightly biscuity and toasty malt aromas at first. On top of those aromas there are nice aromas of of some rather herbal hops. The hops give a nice bitter smell to the more sweet malts. Nice. It is not extremely strong or special, but quite good. There is a nice yeasty touch to the beer.
The taste of the beer is nice to. Nice strong maltiness at first, with a touch of liquorice, and nice herbal hops atop of that. The beer has a nice sweetness, nice hoppy bitters and a slight sour twist. Not bad and, but the sourness seems a tiny bit out of balance. Just a touch to sour.
The palate is average. Medium body, smooth texture and a medium high carbonation. The finish isn’t my favourite. A bit to sour, but with a nice alcohol warmth. Not a bad beer, not bad at all. Acaro (296) - Madrid, SPAIN - MAR 23, 2017
Aroma: Toasted nuts and caramel notes.
Appearance: Dark ambar color with clear liquid and white rocky head.
Taste: Light sweet notes and medium bitterness.
Palate: Medium body with oily liquid and lively carbonation. Long bitter finish with an alcoholic touch.
Overall: I had a great memory of this beer but it seems that nowadays the carbonation is excesive. With the rise of craft beers they could make something with this in Spain and make a craft beer recovering the original process. mR_fr0g (12923) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 21, 2017
Bottle shared with Sarah on holiday in Fuertaventra. A clear amber copper coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is grassy hop, little skunky, powdery yeast, cola cubes. Flavour is composed of dry toastedalts, light metallic rusty penny, bit light a Vienna lager. Palate is semi sweet, highish powdery carbonation, Lingering woody and metallic. Not terrible. japppp (157) - FINLAND - MAR 2, 2017
