Crisp golden coloured body with a one centimetre tall, fast-dying just off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, nice fresh hops, a hint of raisins and caramel and a bit of white grapes - nice. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy malt character with the white grape flavour that really shows through, some light citrus and dry malt flavours with a hint of sweetness on the end. Aftertaste shows a good complexity with a very nice balance of malt and hops with some light sugars and a very soft feel. Overall, a nice beer - great for the springtime and a good beer to sample. Definitely worth trying if you can find it and you like lighter styles. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in McLean, Virginia on 02-April-2013 for US$0.99 sampled at home in Washington on 05-April-2013. sonnycheeba (5970) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAR 25, 2012
